Entered bank for 2 minute question and answer. Preceded to employee Tracy Laraque. She was abrupt and told me I could be put on 10 minute waiting list and if the person didn'tshow she wouldsee me then .. She was doing nothing. I preceded to counter . Finished and left building with her still doing nothing but waiting.. Another lost client for this bank. With their reputation, I would think they would go out of their way to be helpful. Worst part she had trainee in office beside her

Worst customer service ever, my banker never answer the phone, I’ve been trying for 3 months to reach my banker Julia Petrakis, it’s just very hard, only one time they answer, and told me that that they were going to call me back, but they never called me, so I had to call again but they have never answered, it’s been more than 30 calls in the last 3 months, I don’t know how many hours I have lost with this bank, but it’s absolutely not fair to anyone.

Went to deposit cold hard cash into my mother in law's account. Was told they only take money order or check because I dont have an account there! Seriously....a bank that wont take cold hard cash?!!

I absolutely love Wells Fargo. They were super patient and kind with me and when I was setting up my account the guy who was helping me was very personable and actually helped me with some job advice too. So that was a bonus. Also I love this bank because they have branches and ATMs all over which makes it super convenient when I need to get cash quickly. Thanks for the great service and God Bless!

Worst bank ever. A bunch of senseless rules which will eventually put them out of business if that fake account scandal hasn’t damaged them enough. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

I don’t know what some of these people are talking about. I went in this branch twice while on vacation, and they were a pleasure to deal with. Been a customer since it was Wachovia and I’ll keep recommending this company

Drive thru is always fine, but inside the branch is another story. Slow service, staff not pleasant, and they look like they don't want to be there. Some do not look very professional at all. Losing my trust in this bank.

If I could give zero stars I would. Kathy Nesbitt has no idea what customer service is. I've never received such horrible service from a mortgage banker in my life. I've got an 850 score and have multiple mortgages for investment properties so you'd think WF would want to please me as a customer. The entire process was a nightmare. The errors in the paperwork were endless. The inaccuracies too numerous to mention. The lack of responses to voice messages, emails, and text messages were shocking. And then to cover themselves they enter dates and info that are not factual. It's truly appalling. If you need a mortgage DO NOT go to this WF branch as you'll regret it and will just be abused. I can't even begin to imagine how she would treat a novice going through this process. I filed a complaint with WF and got a pathetic form letter saying that they had done everything right. They truly deserve all the problems and fines.
