Jesse is very kind, knowledgeable, cordial, and extremely responsive. We had a rock in the windshield an hour away from OBX, whose crack grew quickly by the time we reached OBX for a vacation. Jesse answered immediately on the first call and asked a few questions. Within an hour he was able to locate replacement options. Jesse gave us sound advice on what to do and about what or not to worry. I'd not hesitate to do business with him again.

Thank YOU, Jesse, for helping when no one else would in town. My glass was broken on my passenger door. No one could get my glass replaced before the weekend was over or offered any help..except Jesse with SOS! He offered to give me a temporary window made from a plexiglass material. Now I can enjoy the rest of my vacation and get it to the dealership when I get home.

Jesse was amazing. Answered the phone and had a solution. I had busted out my automatic sunroof.... He had us drive to his house. He cleaned up all the glass and he had a great solution that would help us get back to NY without the kids and us getting rained on... He was a blessing.... Very easy to work with and helped us out in a quick timely manner. We can't thank him enough ....... We give him 10 stars

Jesse was great. We came for vacation and our windshield got cracked on the trip down to OBX. He ordered and got the glass quick, dealt with our insurance company, came and picked up our car and had it back to us within an hour and a half.Service: Auto windshield repair

They got me out of a bind. Needed a passenger door glass replaced and was here on vacation. He couldn't get the glass till Monday and we were leaving on Sunday. He told me to get some lexan and he would cut it for me so I could at least drive safely. He cut and installed it and told me no charge. Needless to say he got paid. Highly recommended these guys. Good people

Our windshield cracked with only 2 days left of vacation. In a panic to replace it before the long drive back home, we called SOS Windshields. They helped get the right glass for our 2013 Hyundai Elantra and within less than 24 hours we had a new windshield. Super helpful, kind, and accommodating. I can’t recommend them enough!

Needed windshield replacement on 2013 Ford Escape. First call was to SOS Windshields and got a very reasonable estimate. Booked the appointment at 9am, only two days out. Jesse from SOS Windshield is amazing! He was able to re-attach my intermittent windshield wiper device to my windshield when the Lexus dealership ,my local auto repair shop, or local auto body shop couldn’t do it! He is professional and got right to the repair just a few days after I called him and he was extremely affordable. I highly recommend Jesse if you need any kind of windshield repair work. You won’t be sorry.

Had an unfortunate incident upon arriving on the island for vacation. Found Jesse and SOS Winshields online and reached out. Jesse was super responsive even for a Sunday night.
