Purchased a Moen sink faucet here & tried to return it because it was not compatible with my water purifier…the manager said she could not accept the return, she could not exchange it, nor could she give me a store credit because it was past 90 days. This are all unopened boxes…BEWARE OF LOWE’s awful policy. I will NEVER ever spend another cent at Lowe’s again.

Stoped to get paint, the Lowes employee was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help me get just what needed. Offered tips on how to get more paint at a later date so it would match what I already had.

It was my first day working in the paint dept. Amy is the so called manager/trainer. She has no business training new employees who have never worked in a paint department before. I have been in retail for over 30 years with exquisite customer service skills and top notch merchandising capabilities. I just needed to be trained in that area. She was demeaning degrading and downright disrespectful. She told me she didn’t have patience. She told me if I ever spilled paint by accident she would have to quit. Asked me why I was working in the paint dept at Lowe’s???? Who the hell does she think she is. She is miserable and an absolutely worthless as a trainer. No wonder they can’t find or keep employees. Maybe Lowe’s should look inward, Amy definitely needs to look inward. Feel sorry for new hires.

Very disappointed with the customer service. One employee made it seem like I was a bother when I asked where something was and another chased me up to the register to try and prove a point — when it wasn’t at all what I was looking for. I get people have bad days, but this was not a great visit.

Out of towner, ordered online for pickup at store. Ready in less than 30 minutes. When I retrieve my merchandise from the locker I am surprised to see q business card from the manager Rob Greenleaf with Thank You written on the back. Very nice touch

This Lowe’s store was neatly arranged, and I found one of the items I needed immediately. The employee presence seemed to be limited. I could not find a 2-gallon spray watering vessel for the flower garden. And I could not find an employee who was not with other customers.
I used self check-out, but I had never used a self check station that accepted cash. So, I had to wait quite a while before an employee was free to demonstrate how to dispense the change. I paid for the exchange of a Blue Rhino propane tank, and the employee who came to unlock the cage and complete the exchange was extremely accommodating. I will return for propane.
The store is very busy in a weekday.

We used to love Lowe’s. Mostly because of their flexible return policy and efficient in-store experience. Now the return policy is nearly non-existent or if it does exist is laughably short. 48 hours in some cases? Worse, though, is if you don’t have a receipt (which we try but sometimes we don’t), no chance they are going to accept a return. And in store, sometimes they have no cashiers (I guess) to funnel into self checkout. Trying to self checkout with various pieces of haphazardly labeled building products is a joke. It takes 3 times as long for me to find the items on my mobile app and then show the attendant who then has to manually key in skus.
There is an orange store up the street where this is not a problem.

They are a big help when you need something for the house. They have the right tools for home projects. Carpet cleaner for rent.
