Purchasing a stove and refrigerator. Purchase was made easily. Delivery was horrible. Refrigerator returned it was damaged by the delivery crew. Very poor selection of stoves for their expressed sale. Will have regain my confidence in Lowe's.

We frequent this Lowe's ALOT for various items and Staff is usually very nice/helpful. Today, however, was a bit frustrating. I ran in to pick up 1 item and within a 10 minute period, I saw several Shoppers with Non-Service Dogs. I have severe allergies to Pet Dander (and yes, I am on third year of Allergy Shots and take allergy meds every day, but still severe, ranging from rashes, throat closing, trouble breathing, etc.). I was asking the Cashier about Pet Policy when the Manager on Duty (assuming she was manager-1:15pm on 06/22/23) advised me that all Pets are now welcome. I stated again that I have severe allergies and am protected under ADA, but the Manager did not seem to care. I totally understand Service Animals being allowed (and those animals are on leashes and not running around and into people), but not sure why others feel the need to take their Non-Service Animals shopping at Lowe's and are apparently more important to Management than those of us with Allergies/Asthma that are suppose to be provided with a safe environment in public places and protected by ADA!

The first fridge delivered was badly damaged. There was no contact from the delivery service to set a new date for delivery. Then the delivery service said they were coming at 7. We cleaned out the fridge in preparation. We waited til 8:52. No phone call and no truck. During the hour we tried to reach someone, we got no response. It was ridiculous.

I was staying in Cape Hatteras for vacation when I accidentally broke a bath vanity. After dealing with the property management, I contacted the plumbing department and spoke to Keith and explained the situation. He went out of his way to accommodate me to purchase an item that was showing out of stock on the Lowe's website. After another phone call was made, I was able to have the item placed on hold for me, which is not normally done. I arrived at the store the following day and with help from Jim, I was able to retrieve the product and make the purchase. Many thanks go out to both gentlemen for their outstanding service and patience with my issue.

We are frequent customers to our local Kill Devil Hills Lowes. We have noticed a steady decline in the level of service offered at the store. We understand the issues with obtaining man power these days and although there are large banners proclaiming "hiring" this really doesn't seem to be the issue here. There are lots of employees, many just seem to be standing around and seem to be indifferent or annoyed if you ask for help. Todays trip to the garden section was discouraging to say the least. The beginning of spring and everyone shopping for plants and they have one cashier in that section with a very long line. The plants are dry, and there are no carts in that section as they are all in the parking lot. Others customers also seemed annoyed. This is not just a one time occurrence and we have experienced the same issue in other areas of the store. Management needs to step up and make better use of the employees they do have.

I needed a piece of lumber cut I had waited for 15 minutes pushing the button nobody came called service desk she stated the saw might be down 5 minutes ago, no sign stating out of order still nobody's here. 30 minutes and a fellow came to empty saw wood and I had to ask him if he could help me. He said yes after he dumped the trash. I guess trash is more important than customer. Total time to get 2 cuts made was 50 minutes.

I actually enjoy shopping at this location. Everyone that works there is very nice. I am just never going to use their bathroom again after sitting on the toilet next to this. I didn't see it until I got up. It was kind of shocking especially since employees also use this bathroom.

Ordered an oven to be delivered, over 1000.00 order. After numerous texts from delivery company XPO telling me my delivery would be here today then postponing delivery they finally canceled at the last minute. UNACCEPTABLE!! If Lowe's is going to use 3rd party deliveries they shouldn't over schedule. I have multiple rental properties and spend a lot of money at Lowe's every year. This is NOT the first time this particular Lowe's store screwed up a delivery or product for me. I'm taking my business to Home Depot!!!

I have a Pro Account with Lowe's and recently used this Lowe's for the first time for a lumber delivery. Never again. First, Even though I specifically asked whether the price included the lower Delivery fee for pro accounts, and the person I spoke with (Victor) Confirmed, I was charged the standard $75. I had to make a phone call to clear this up. Second, I made clear that I needed this wood by the next day. I was told it would be delivered by 10 AM. 10 AM came and went and I called. I was then told the wood would not be delivered until two days later! I needed this wood for a project the next day, which I made clear when I placed the order. and I was assured it would be here. Never use this store for your lumber needs. I'll be switching to one of the local lumber providers from here on out.

I have always been impressed by Lowe's customer service. Today, was not the case. Sandy was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful in customer service. So disappointed. Ace and Home Depot do a better job of caring for their customers.

I ordered a dewalt plunge base for my router with a gift card I got for Father's Day. It was a week and half to two week wait and was SUPPOSED to arrive on July 3. I was really counting on it to finish a project with a couple inlays and even waited to finish until I got it. But I never received anything and online when I tracked it is says received by customer. Well I'm the customer and I don't have it, never got it and was late on a build because I wanted to use that tool. I ended up discounting the build because of less detail and taking longer than I said. I correct my mistakes. Not only did my little mans Father's Day gift not come I got cheated out of 75$, I compromised my reputation and lost money my build. I was on the phone for two hours to be spoken rudely to by someone extremely unhappy with their job. I finally just hung up if that's what happens when I order at Lowe's I'll drive the extra two miles to Home Depot and consider Lowe's a mistake I will never make again. Not local store but Lowe's online.

This Lowe's is a special place. The customer service is always on point, especially in the outside garden. The loaders are industrious and kind folks--always glad to help with heavy items. Managers here are always willing to answer questions with a smile on their face. HR folks must do a good job with them. But I am disappointed that Lowe's is an anti-union company. Nevertheless, this Lowe's is wayyy better than Home Depot.

We came early morning to just browse the "oops paints" and found lots of clearance to peruse through as well! I had a quick question about a special order, and was able to easily locate someone to assist me. The staff were friendly and helpful, the store clean and easy to navigate, and the two youngest loved the car carts! So all in all it was a great Lowes run!
