This is a great place for hair salon & spa services. There is a convenient parking garage on the ground floor. The staff is very skilled and friendly. I recommend Hairoics Salon & Spa to anyone whether visiting the area or local.
Requested style: Requested medium length style cut, appropriate to be camera-ready for remote work for a male employee. Scissors and clippers .

The good: I had a wonderful experience with Maria, she listened to everything I had to say about my hair. What I like what I normally do, the journey I’ve had with the color etc. She implemented a flawless cut and style, and had a great personality to top it off. I would love to come back to have another service with her.
The bad: My experience with Hairoics began with my phone call to schedule the appointment, the phone was answered by a woman who was extremely short and snippy to me. I am new to the area, and very much wanted to get in for a haircut same day, so despite the poor phone manners I made the appointment. I arrive to the salon, and am greeted by the same woman, only because I recognize her terrible attitude and lack of customer service. After having a wonderful experience with Maria, I walk up to the front desk to book my next appointment for 6 weeks out, and while in the process of trying to coordinate a day for my appointment, I was treated in a condescending and extremely rude way by Debbie. I had to stop myself in the process of scheduling to consider if I even wanted to return. I walked out with nothing scheduled.
Stylist: Maria was fantastic, I highly recommend her.

Had the worst experience of my life at this salon. The hairdresser that i got to was very unpleasant and seemed angry. Everything she did, she did very rough. She hurt me many times with the brush and didn't even ask once what kind of style i want for my blowout.
I came here to treat myself before the holiday and in the left i left traumatized.

I've become a regular to hairoics simply because they know how to work with my hair, and quani did one of the best jobs Ive ever had, Ill be so happy to return In the next couple months for the next one!!

Taylor was my hairstylist and she was fantastic! She was energetic and knew what she was doing. I had foils and a trim and turned out exactly how I wanted. I have tried other stylists on the beach, but Taylor is hands down my 'go to' now!

Every appointment with Ruth is an experience, not just an appointment . Finding someone to not only understand your hair, but knows what looks best for you as an individual, is life changing. My color is always perfect, my cuts have been amazing. I have thinner hair and Ruth always makes it look incredible. I’m not that great at styling, Ruth has definitely made it easier for me. Thank you Ruth for always giving me more confidence and big smile on every visit .

I had a great experience. The people were personable and did exactly as I wished. The price for cut and foils was $160. You should bring cash for a tip or you can use the atm outside the door.
