Great service, purchased a new Hot Tub and they installed it. Have always answered any questions. All around great experience. Thank you for your attention to detail and customer service.

Ron is a very nice guy and helpful. But getting him to respond to emails, text, and a showroom visit has been difficult. Love my hot tub but there is a recall on the temperature sensor and other minor issues that he needs to resolve. A call back would be appreciated even if he is busy.
