Visited in October 2014. Chip’s Wine and Beer Market boasts an impressive selection of beers, each available for individual purchase—a thoughtful touch that’s always appreciated. The service is warm and welcoming. In the OBX, where quality beer shops are few and far between, this place stands out as a true oasis.
