Incredible space. I went twice while on vacation and I wish I could’ve gone every day. There was a sound bath the day before and you could feel the healing vibrations throughout our practice. Very welcoming and knowledgeable instructor used crystals during Shavasana to heighten the experience. Highly recommend visiting this studio if you are in OBX!

Ascension is a yoga studio, sanctuary, healing temple, and community all in one. You can find meditation classes or empower flows. All of their teachers are so in tune you’ll always leave feeling like they were speaking directly to your body and soul!

I wish I could just live in Ascension. I loved all the classes and special events including yoga, reiki circle and sound journey and the rock shop is fantastic as well. If you are looking to slow down and truly relax and unwind, this is the spot. Such great energy!

I went here during my vacation and now I want to move to OBX just so that this store is local to me. Not kidding. Life changer. The owner gave me a gift that I hold very dear now. I also found Luminamined here as well and I LOVE THEM I hope to come back more often. I just might make a 9 hour trip just to visit. I need this store and your people in my life! Thank you
