Negative 5 stars. THEY ONLY DO APPOINTMENTS: I came inside, waited for 15 minutes sitting in the chair weirdly placed in the front door, nobody came to my attention. I then got up to the teller. Extremely incompetent and spoke extremely quietly and she was painful to look at her face. She then told me that they only do appointments. I wasted my money coming here.

I drove all the way to this bank for them to tell me that all their bankers only do calendar appointments. I wasted my time and gas. And I was also attended by an incompetent person making many mistakes

I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo since moving back to NC in 2018 and have had GREAT experiences every time. There are lots of branches all over (with friendly tellers), many open on Saturday mornings, along additional stand-alone ATMs in many parking lots.! Their website is very good too. I highly recommend them as a bank.

Wells Fargo had bad reputation as a bank everyone knows, but this branch is even the worst. Many people working at this branch are incompetent and some have pretty bad attitude. Brian is the guy with attitude issues and he seems to be a manager?? Pretty bad experience every time i visit. Corporate needs to take an action - to train employees with basic customer service skills and to hire capable managers.

I have a hearing disability and Wells Fargo has took advantage of it I have been a good customer i had overdraft protection i had an accident was out of work a few days used my overdraft protection called to see when I had to pay it back . The lady told me the 21st I said no problem went to the atm paid it back including extra did it in cash had good balance went to sheets used my card no problems go to deposit money the next day they closed my account told me the lady saif the 20th if she would have said that I would have paid it then with Wells Fargo they don't care if you are disabled they don't care if you can't understand people who can't speak cleanly Wells Fargo took advantage of my disability and its against the law

Worst bank discriminated against me for hearing disability from the army the branch manager in Kernersville is a liar its no wonder they have had to pay so many fines trash periods please stay away

Horrible customer service horrible place to bank!! Worse customer service than ANY place I know of!!!! Very unfriendly and font like yo give you much information of what their doing with your account and if they feel your asking too many questions about your money you have deposited, they quickly close your account!!! I do NOT recommend this bank to anyone, go someplace else anywhere else!!! You won't regret it!! You'll be happy you did find another bank!!!

Is there a ZERO star rating??? I came here to open several accounts as I am not satisfied with my current bank’s handling of my large savings deposits. Upon entering the bank there was no one there to greet me. I then waited in line for 7 minutes only to be told that there were no bankers and that they wouldn’t be able to open any accounts and that I could make an appointment?I was so dumbfounded by this response and left the counter. I noticed 2 individuals sitting in glass walled offices and approached one of them. His name was Bob. Bob needs some major training on appropriate customer handling especially when he is in the front office right by the door. He told me there were no branch managers and that there was no one in charge of the branch. Based solely on his actions and customer treatment, I will be pursuing other bank relationships to hold my high balances. Based on my experience, I will also be in touch with the executive branch of Wells Fargo. It appears that this branch is having some serious management issues that need to be addressed asap. There is a right way and a wrong way to handle business and this branch is clearly an example of the wrong way.

The bank might not be bad, but they don't answer the phone. I ended up getting routed to corporate and the lady tried to call and they wouldn't pick it up for her either. I spent about 45 minutes getting routed to different recordings until I got the corporate lady. I'd give her 5 stars though.

Here at 9:15 am on Wednesday and no one is telling me how to enter my safe deposit. I said hi through the window to the « premiere » to show him that I was here and his response through the window is that he pointed at his computer. He is not on his computer but phone for 10 plus min and do not acknowledge his clients? Did not say hi. Well Fargo, when are you going to do something about your customer reviews ! 2.5 average star rating should tell you something !Update: after 15 min waiting for my turn with the banker Elsa , I asked the banker the process saying excuse me for interrupting you but what is the process to access my safe deposit. she was clearly annoyed by me asking her how should I proceed but she told me to see the teller. The teller Megan was adorable and very helpful . Out at 9:40 am from the bank. I am considering closing all my accounts there

Stopped by WellsFargo Kernersville at 10:15am on Tuesday. I saw 3 tellers, 3 individuals in offices with no clients and not on the phone, and 2 individuals in a room to the side of the tellers. Asked to close an account and was told there was no one available to assist me.Another extremely disappointing experience with WellsFargo. My intent was to close one of five accounts. I will now be closing all five accounts.

The line for business is never available. There is always just one teller. We have to wait too long. I understand that they need to recruit more staff. PÉSIMO SERVICIO!
