I drove all the way to this bank for them to tell me that all their bankers only do calendar appointments. I wasted my time and gas. And I was also attended by an incompetent person making many mistakes

I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo since moving back to NC in 2018 and have had GREAT experiences every time. There are lots of branches all over (with friendly tellers), many open on Saturday mornings, along additional stand-alone ATMs in many parking lots.! Their website is very good too.
