Poorly run Pharmacy. The staff seems to be in constant rotation with new hires every few weeks. This hurts how efficient they are in everything. Wasn't always this way, but it seems they can't keep the good employees they do get. My guess would be poor leadership at this location. The last straw for me was when they couldn't straighten out the situation with my elderly parents' medications. So we transferred all our prescriptions to the Walmart right down the street.

Haley, at the pharmacy is great very patient and professional very helpful. Great customer service which is hard to come by these days!

It seems like the pharmacy staff always has new employees. Every couple weeks we see all new faces there. They're always having issues with my parent's medications. We get a call from their call center telling us our meds are ready and when we show up, they claim they don't even have anything in their system. We asked our primary doctor and he states that his nurses sent over the prescription, like always. Something is definitely wrong with this location. They seem to be getting worse, not better, over time.

This review is for the FedEx drop off counter. DO NOT use this location as a drop off for anything other than very small packages. I attempted to drop off a box today that was approximately 24” long, weighing about 15 lbs and I was turned away stating the FedEx delivery man has been complaining the packages he picks up from this location are too big. Nowhere on the FedEx website does it suggest facilities cannot accept packages of a certain size or weight. This was a return from an online order. I called FedEx and customer service confirmed they don’t accept packages of a certain size at all drop off locations, but they admitted this is not detailed on their website. I filed a complaint against FedEx so hopefully others will have this information in the future and don’t waste their time driving to inconvenient FedEx drop off locations as I did, only to be turned away. I’ll take my money elsewhere and avoid FedEx and Walgreens drop off services going forward. Walgreens doesn’t notate this information online nor in-store either. Absurd customer service.

The only reason I gave 1 star was to write the review from my understanding a pharmacy is for distribution of medicine that a Dr has prescribed, NOT HERE it takes 45 min to talk to then you acknowledge that a specific medicine will be needed on pick up date to find out they never even had in stock and tell you not to worry ,well this has happened numerous times they'll tell you that you didn't talk to them in store they have been the most unprofessional rude lack of job understanding I honestly don't believe they understand the job title I've questioned it and the lack of caring that the customer comes there for needed ? to be blatantly lued to or flat out disrespectful

I moved to the area from out of state two years ago. I selected this Walgreens for prescriptions because I pass it daily from home to work. I am in the process of moving my prescriptions to a pharmacy that is not on my route because of the really poor service. The lines are long both drive through and in store. On multiple occasions I have been told to come back in forty minutes to pick up a prescription after waiting for thirty minutes in line. The pharmacy staff are often short but they are clearly overwhelmed. One time I had a prescription go from two refills to none..... I was without a thyroid medicine until I could get hold of my physician. Once I was asked what medicine I was picking up, I named the brand name when the physician had ordered the generic. I was told that I did have that drug. They failed to see the order placed earlier that day. Many of the techs working the window do not have the education they need to work in a pharmacy setting. This locations is a mistake waiting to happen.

Absolutely the rudest staff members ever, including the pharmacist. They continuously screw up my orders and is even worse when I tried to return something. This is the last straw Walgreens, you've lost the business of our entire family.

I do not like to keave negative reviews but this is needed & deserved. I am highly disappointed with this location. I've always preferred cvs, but I decided to try out Walgreens and was quickly reminded why I use CVS. I made an appt online for someone to get a free rapid covid test after they got off of work. They get there, and they were told that the store is out of rapid tests and that they would need to schedule a new appt for tomorrow for the combo covid/flu test, which, of course, costs money. This is terrible for several reasons. 1st the person is already not feeling well, 2nd they just got off of work & still have to commute home to another city, 3rd the website should not have allowed the appt to be scheduled if there was no inventory, 4th the store could have & should have offered the combo test right then instead of stating a new appt had to be made when there was no one waiting & the person was there early. This whole situation was terrible Customer service. I called in to inquire as to why they cant just do the combo test while the person is there & was placed on hold forever so I had to just hang up & schedule an appt for the person for tomorrow. So now this person has to wait all night unsure if they are positive & have to be late in to work tomorrow due to having to reschedule this test. All of this could've been avoided with better customer service as well as a more efficient website scheduling system. I'm sadly disappointed & disgusted with Walgreens...never again & I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS LOCATION. I absolutely understand how they can have such a low rating. DO BETTER!

If I could give negative stars I would. You stressed my mom out so bad (who never cries) that she started crying. The runaround y'all people give is insane. Why would you say to come get a prescription (that she needs for a severe eye infection)in 2hrs knowing you'll be closed? I didn't even visit personally It was over the phone. Shut this place down already.

Absolutely hands down the slowest pharmacy you could ever choose. Doesn’t matter if you go through the drive through, or go inside, you will be waiting at least 20 minutes. Not sure what the issue is.
