“I took my dog to Hopkins Road Vet today for a second opinion originally. After talking with Dr. Parks and finding out that my dog actually didn't need surgery, he also told me a couple of other things that were in my dogs records from her vet that I was never told. He reviewed her test results with me and helped me to decide the best treatment plan for her. It really touched my heart that he really seemed to care about my little "firecracker".
