I will not return to Parks GMC. Ever since Parks has taken over, the service has been sub par and the technicians dont care about other peoples vehicles. The time prior to my last visit, I purchased tires. Whoever installed them scratch, gouched (really deep scratches) the wheels so bad they had to get someone to resurface my wheels. The last visit the tech scratched my wheels again during a simple tire rotation after the resurface. The service advisor( Elie)is the worst. Manager is not much better...terrible with people. I guess thats why there has been a different manager both episodes. At this point Im done with Parks and I will share my experience as much as possible.

❌❗️????????Took my Yukon Denali here for transmission work and electrical repairs. Got it back a MONTH later only for it to catch on fire a day later on the inside with my children inside. They ruined a 50k vehicle and refused to make anything right. I wasn’t offered a loaner vehicle and they held onto my car for over a week with no answers. I DO NOT WISH ANYONE TO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES HERE.

From the first phone call to the pick up, service dept was awesome! Team was responsive to questions and kept me updated on the timeline to complete work. They worked closely with our insurance company relieving me of the hassle. Highly recommend!!!

Service was a pleasant experience and the repair was done in a timely manner

My salesperson Rayna was very helpful in my process of buying my truck. Chris one of the sales managers was also very helpful. I know I was a handful. He worked and worked and than worked some more to get me the deal I wanted for my bottom line out the door. After several hours we were able to agree and make the sale happen. I am happy to be back in the Buick family again.
