Greg was amazing! He worked diligently with us on finding the perfect phone and getting us the BEST deals! He hooked us up with accessories also. This review is regarding a phone conversation with Alex. Instead of possibly wasting time going to the store, I called to see my options and cost switching from an android to an IPhone only a third of the way through my contract. Alex was wonderful. I asked a lot of questions. He was very patient and very knowledgeable over a wide range of issues. We spoke for 20 minutes. I never felt he was rushing to get me off the phone. I felt heard and valued. With his time and all the information we covered, I was able to make a great decision regarding making this move. I really appreciated getting a human on the phone so quickly as well as the respect and care he showed me. That means a lot in today’s AI world.

Sooo excited about my Verizon experience! Chase was incredibly helpful. Please ask for him. He ended up saving my family about $70!!! I can’t believe I didn’t come in sooner. I came home with a new phone and somehow Chase worked his magic and am getting a rebate as well!

Tammy was awesome. I had downloaded some malware that took over my phone. She got it removed and ended up getting us into better phones for less than we were paying for the old ones. Our bill went down substantially even with new phones!! She Also saved us money on Netflix and HBO max bundle.
