I found the woman who answered the phone to be rather rude & short. I was inquiring about a Ford F150 that was for sale on their lot earlier this week and called to see if it was available. On the first call she hung up on me without answering the question. I tried again and she simply said "no" and hung up before I could even respond. Poor customer service!
