Said they delivered my package on 8/19/2024 at 3:06 pm I have pictures to prove NO delivery of merchandise was made. They have made this same delivery 2 weeks ago the guy that is my normal mail carrier is fantastic the other guy that is his replacement on his days off is terrible he wrote something not readable on a box just last week that he left sitting at the mailbox. He is afraid of my Dogs he says but most of the time my dogs are in the house or riding with my husband from job to job. I’m am already tired of not getting my ordered items and my address is not the issue it the sub that is the problem. I’m sure he is mad because I talked with the normal mail man that’s why I got some crazy message left on my box last week written in red ink I will post more pictures if the review will let me showing the photo of my mailbox with no package
Here he is when my last delivery of what I didn’t receive on the 19th came a couple of weeks ago and it was getting ready to rain if I had not seen it sitting out it would have gotten soaked

THEY KERNERSVILLE PAPER USES THE POST OFFICE TO.MAIL THE PAPER I GOT LAST SATURDAY PAPER ON MONDAY AND THIS THURSDAY PAPER I AM STILL WAITING ON AND TODAY IS FRIDAY AND IT WASNT IN THE MAIL THE KERNERSVILLE NEWS BLAMES THIS ON THE POST OFFICE

There is no phone number for the KVille post office to even report short change to their postmaster. I don't care about the $1 but I do care that the post office hires people like this and there is no way to report this to anyone other than with a Google review. Sad.

This post office has the best customer service. I usually have someone different each time I come but they are always nice. I have even came here in the past for my passport and I've had a really nice experience. Even at busy times I haven't waited very long.
If I have to, I go out of my way to come here.
I recently had some misplaced mail and I went there with the tracking number, they were so kind and assisted me in tracking down, locating my mail.
I've also went here for passport services. I recommend

My package was marked as delivered but wasn't in my mailbox. I went to the Kernersville location, and the employees and supervisor assisted me by immediately and used GPS tagging to locate it in a nearby mailbox and helped me get the package. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

Kernersville USPS is just the best. Nice friendly people. Shane Johnson is the Postmaster and is one hell of a good human being. If I were gay ( which I am not ) I would have a crush on him. He’s that special!
