Great place, they are affordable, in a climate-controlled area with mobile phone key. I can manage and monitor all access. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Very clean place as well.

We were looking to move to a new storage unit because of a significant price increase at another facility. We stopped to check out USA storage and met Kayla. She provided excellent customer service and quoted us a price significantly lower than our current facility for the same size unit. We love the new digital feature and Kayla made sure we had the app setup and working before we left. Kayla provides top notch service.

No air for 5 days now on temp controlled units. I almost passed out trying to move stuff in that building with no air. Small office cart instead of a moving cart. I have no idea how I'm supposed to get furniture and appliances to the second floor with an office cart. Very unhappy with this place.

I just currently moved and this whole process has been super stressful, came to find out I would have to pay over $600 on a moving crew i booked just to store my stuff! I found this place and poof! All the stress of it disappeared. The lady at the counter was super nice and the customer service was excellent! Great prices too! This is the place to store your stuff!
