Three cheers for U-Pack. Everything was smooth sailing with this company. The pickup, dropoff, and delivery was friendly and punctual. The cubes were clean and handled with care. The price was hard to beat. Our cubes arrived a couple of days earlier than promised and we were able to time the delivery just to our needs. Highly recommend this company for its simplicity and great customer service.

I will be recommending U Pack to all of my friends who will be doing a long distance move! I was moving from central NC to NYC with a Relocube and had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. I especially appreciated the customer service. Every employee was kind and respectful, easing my stress about doing such a big move. Thank you U-Pack for making my life easy! Worth EVERY penny.

Wildly underestimate how many cubes/pods you will need so they get you locked in at a low price that beats the competitors. It's not until moving day you realize you need double the amount of pods quoted to you and you're in crisis mode and have to stick with them. We would never use again.

I was researching which moving companies to use and Upack was the best choice for me for moving. There were consultants to explain the process and to reassure all the questions I’ve asked. I packaged all my stuff well and it came out well for the trip.

Used UPack twice. First for my personal move to Puerto Rico, then to move my ex-husband to North Carolina. Both times, fantastic service! They delivered as promised, price was all inclusive and no hidden fees. The only thing, they don't have a list of recommended movers to help load or unload at each location, which would be a great help when you don't know the area you are moving to. But, I highly recommend UPack. Well earned 5 Stars!

Family member moved from down south to upstate and called upack. Rented a moving cube. It was delivered as promised to be filled, called for the pick up and arrived 5 days later at the appointed destination. We unloaded the contents and texted the company for pick up and it was gone the next day! This was so much better than renting a moving truck and driving 600+ miles. The cube only takes up the size of a parking space so apartment complexes are okay with having it delivered. Very pleased we rented a moving cube with upack they were great to work with - the process was seamless.

We had a lot of questions and each person we spoke to was helpful. They delivered as stated and retrieved as promised. I was ecstatic, after we had emptied the relo-cubes when they picked up a day earlier than planned. Would highly recommend them!

We just moved from New York to North Carolina and the thought of driving a truck with one of our car towed was not appealing. We originally looked at Pods which was double the price of U-pack. I remembered seeing commercials for U-pack on YouTube and thought I would look into them. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very nice, explained everything and was not pushy at all. Everything went smooth at drop off and delivery. There's even videos walking you through the steps. I have been telling everyone about them. It was such a good deal and made moving so much easier!

My wife and I required personal items (rec room equipment, antique furniture, personal belongings, etc.)to be moved from NC to CO. After examining all of our options, we moved forward with UPACK and could not have been more pleased. Their customer service and responsiveness were top notch! The dispatch teams in Kernersville, NC (Annie) and Denver, CO (Brenda) went above and beyond for us. On top of the great service, our containers arrived much quicker than expected and the delivery and pickup were swift and professional. We'll ONLY use and recommend UPACK going forward for oversized shipping/moving requirements!

Used U-Pack for a small move Alabama to NC. Absolutely flawless. I had to make a couple of date changes and no issue. The pick up and delivery drivers were great and accommodating. I have a very steep driveway and thought no way would they be able to go up and down it with the cube but they didn’t hesitate and no problems. Everything was on time and there were no up charges. My quote was my final price. Nothing in the cube broke or got damaged so I’m guessing they don’t toss things around. They were also much cheaper than their competition or a moving company. Will definitely use again.

I think it's always surprising how much it costs to move. This group had enough options that we were able to get our things delivered. We chose the "portion of a trailer" option versus one of the cubes.It didn't arrive within the 7 to 9 business days as they had promised but this is COVID times.All of my things were just as we packed them and nothing was missing which is great!

I was so grateful we chose to go with UPack. We had decided on a different moving company because UPack did not deliver the trailer to our home for load up but after dealing with the shadiness of other companies we went back to UPack. The cost for a full trailer, with guaranteed delivery and the highest insurance coverage was half the cost of other moving companies. They were flexible with our load times and very helpful with the process. They sent us a tracking so we could see the progress of our shipment at all times. Our trailer was delivered on time. My only complaint was on the delivery, we were told we would be contacted with an arrival time but no one called us. I’m glad we hadn’t left the house because they just showed up randomly. But it wasn’t that big of a deal. None of our stuff was broke. I highly recommend them and if we ever move again (lord I hope not) I will use them again.

Excellent customer service. For both the drop off and pick up the drivers were early and very polite. Both loading and uploading was quick and efficiently.
