I was referred to Shields by a friend and was happy to learn of an alternative to Safelite. I had a fantastic experience getting a very large crack in my windshield repaired. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. I was in and out within an hour. My windshield looks great and there is absolutely no sign of the previous damage. 5/5 I will recommend Shields to everyone from now on.Service: Auto windshield repair

I can’t be any more thrilled with the staff at Shields Auto Glass! While searching for a shop to install glass in my custom build I found most shops would not touch it. I found Shields with a simple search and after talking with them they did not hesitate and were happy to help me out. Picked up my toy today and am very pleased with not only the results but I feel like I made some new friends!. Highly recommend them!!Services: Auto windshield repair

I had a fantastic experience with Shields. My windshield was replaced just 3 hours after I submitted the form online. The entire team was not only incredibly polite but also extremely diligent in their work. They came to my workplace for the replacement, and their price was $45 less than the quotes I received from other shops that required me to bring my vehicle to their location. I had such a great experience I just had to write a review, something I don't do often. It's been a while since I've had such a great experience with a business. First communicated with Justin over the phone only to find he was just as nice in person! Shields was professional, respectful, patient, helpful and kind. After Crown Acura quoted me a price of a camera and windshield of over $3000. Justin explained to me that I didn’t need my windshield replaced but confirmed my camera was shot. I ended up saving over $1000 on camera and calibration (plus another 1500 for the windshield Acura said I needed). Thanks to Justin’s honesty we finally found a business not out to rob you but operating with integrity!!! Thanks Shields!!!

Friendly service, reasonable price, and fast. We were able to get both of our cars in same day. 1 for replacement and 1 to repair 2 chips. I will be back next time I need any auto glass services!

Shields surpassed my expectations. Justin (I believe) went out of his way to get the rear window I needed for my truck after experiencing a break in. I was in need of both a window replacement and tint, and he came through. Not only was he able to get my window the same day 3 hours before closing but he was fast installing it and for a great price! It's great quality, astounding customer service and satisfaction, just 15 out of 10!! I wouldn't think twice about coming back for future needs and service. I found these folks on goggle and I picked them because they had all 5 star reviews. They were awesome. I had a small crack on my brand new Kia. They fixed it right away and we’re super nice. Denise was very helpful and kind. I love when a local business provides great customer service. I will refer people to Shields Auto glass. I love to do business with local small businesses instead of the cop-orate giants!

First of all Denise was great! They had the windshield I needed in stock, but I was unable to bring my car in because of my work schedule. She then suggested that they put me on the list for their mobile service! It was fast and so convenient. This Company Went Above and Beyond Any Expectations I Imagined Possible. Unfortunately My Rear Window had Broke and Needed New Parts to Fix Correctly. Called Multiple Local Company’s with No Help for Timing or Price. Only Had to Call this Company Once, They Spoke to Me Immediately, Explained What I Needed to Bring to Fix My Issue All at One Time.
