Very pleased! I was so afraid that the work my car needed would be expensive but I actually sat there thinking they should have charged more! Lol. It can be hard especially as a single female that knows zero on cars to find a legit mechanic on their own that won't take advantage but these guys are where it's at. They are genuinely concerned for ur safety and saving u money long term. My dad said and I agree. "Good, honest people " we will be back!

I love this place, they take care of you like you're family, you need anything done on your car, they're your source, and you will be taken care of like you were their own family. They're honest, fair and would never try to upsell you anything you don't need, or repair any part thats not causing the actual problem. I highly recommend them. Today i received the annual car inspection NC requires and an oil change. i moved here a little over a year ago from Michigan, landed on them when i needed repairs a few months ago, and I'm so glad i did, they're so fantastic!!!

I brought them my Ford Escape to replace the pads and rotors, which I supplied. They got the job done in a timely manner and had no issues with good pricing. The employees are nice and the place has a friendly atmosphere. I will be using them again.

Fantastic service and speedy repair! They worked on my car, 2 days ago. Not being from NC or Kernersville until December of last year and needing a good auto repair place, I searched for a place that had the values and customer service I love to support. This is a Family -owned business that takes pride and cares greatly about their customers. Fair prices and speedy service, what more can you ask for?! They even offered to pick up my car from my home, now that's amazing service! I highly recommend them!!

My wife Ford Escape had broken the front drive shaft and Saddler Auto towed it back to their shop and got her Escape fixed and running great again. We were given updates and even got a great price on the mechanical services provided!

Most of us into muscle cars from the 1960's tend to build our own motor, HP Upgrade's. I would love to be able to do so but a few years back a box truck decided to blow a stop sign. Changed my life forever. Not for the better. I just can't build motors, yank them, put them back etc. I lived in CA for five years and the single and only good thing I took from there is a 1967? Camaro that has never been wrecked nor has any rust. The car is a link to my high school years s I had a 1968. Not even in the Same league. Long story short Bob built the top end (short block up) with a lot of care and love. It's stupid fast now. Can't say enough thanks. Truly bad A****
