Worst bank I've ever dealt with. I have been at this bank and had a checking and savings account for over 7 years (tried so hard to build a relationship). I have a check Wrote out to me from Virginia Credit Union an official check that is printed from the bank. And they can't even cash it. Then tell me funds won't be available for 24 hours and that I will get my funds in a certain amount and on Certain days. What is the point of someone having a check wrote out to someone and you can't even get it cashed. This is NOT a personal check its a certified check from VACU.... Do not worry I am closing every single account here And I will make sure that I and no one else I know does business with you again...

Only open monday through friday and no saturdays. And only open 9-5. How is people suppose to conduct business with this bank with these hours. If you worked 9-5 M-F your basically out of luck.

First of all, let me issue a disclaimer: I am biased, because my wife, Susan, works for Pinnacle, and is quite happy with her arrangement there. But that notwithstanding, I want to extend my appreciation for the excellent service delivered to me in many aspects of my banking relationship with Pinnacle. High Point Bank was excellent, Bank of North Carolina was great, but Pinnacle is extraordinary! The decisions of the senior management teams and Boards of Directors of all entities involved in the recent mergers/acquisitions were obviously well thought out. As a result, the Pinnacle customers are exceptionally well-served with a broader product offering and great front-line folks! Great job!
