“I decided to use the pet wash yesterday it was well supplied and clean. During the time that I was there a couple came and used the station next to me. It was very upsetting to see how they created such a big mess, didn’t clean the dog hair off the brushes, left dog hair everywhere and placed the dirty towels in the trash. It’s a shame lack of common courtesy that some people have. Other than that I love shopping here and the customer service is always on point.”
“Paws on Cherry did a great job with our Jaxon! The picture is after his grooming. Today he went just for a bath and came out smelling wonderful, he was fluffy and so soft. The staff care about Jaxon like he is their own. They take their time and make sure your pet gets the attention they deserve.”

“Alex was great. She tried everything she could to help me before sending Dave out here. Dave changed the thing on the all and we thought that fixed it. Dog got out the next day I called and they were right back out here. Turned out to be collar which was replaced at no cost. I thanked Dave and told him how professional they were and that Alex was really nice. He then told me that’s why he married her!! I had no idea.
