I have been a customer for a few years but 2022/2023 we definitely became close like family. Through crooked extended warranty companies, damaged parts being shipped, weekly check-in calls and lots of after 5:00 days....I will always speak highly of this TEAM (SHAUN AND TAYLOR) even when the warranty company failed to stand behind their policies, Shaun stepped up and took care of the situation! This place is behind on cars i guess. They had my car for 6 weeks, said it was the shifter cable, so the guy bent the cable "adjusted" it so it would last, then charged us $108. Which was a great price. Same day after I got it home, it wouldn't go in gear so we took it back and then they said it was the gear box and still had my car for another couple of weeks and again they said it was ready for pickup and didn't charge us for fixing it that time. I got my car home and it did the same thing again. So we took my car to another car place and they fixed the whole shifter cable, not adjusting it, and my car is running fine. They said whoever adjusted it should have saw that it was rotted and it needed a new cable. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the lady in the office was very nice and respectful. Thank you ma'am for being so nice. And the guys that worked on my car was super nice. They just needed to actually fix the cable. Not to mention the whole time they had my car, they never called to tell us anything. They are not good at communicating at all. We have used these people several times before and they did a great job and was great on prices. I guess they was just trying to get it fixed and out of the way.

The worst shop I've ever been to terrible customer service extremely rude employees took two weeks to replace a timing belt, used zip ties to replace bolts they broke and won't repair the things they broke during service without trying to charge for additional stuff never use this shopService: General repairs & maintenance

Peche Automotive has always done right by me. Went there starting a few years ago and Shawn and everyone always got things done. When I called last time I spoke to Taylor she was patient and explained everything to me.

Came across Peche while living in Kernersville. These guys are the definition of customer service. I've had several vehicles serviced there and they always go above and beyond to make sure the work is done right. I'm living in Greensboro now and will continue to give them my business. I'm glad we still have shops like Peche around!

I've used a bunch of mechanics in my life, but hands down, Peche is the best. Im beyond grateful that I found these guys. You can genuinely tell they care about their customers. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else.

Customers beware: In looking to purchase a vehicle, I brought it by this shop to give it a once-over and identify any glaring issues. They identified one issue (water pump) and suggested I have the dealership fix that before purchasing (which I did). After purchasing the vehicle, I took the vehicle to my regular auto shop due to the vehicle shaking significantly at 45 mph while pushing the accelerator. They identified the vehicle needed two new axles (and subsequent alignment), 3 motor mounts, a power steering pump, front rotors and brakes, and 3 struts. The cost for this is now equal to the amount I paid for the vehicle. Had this auto shop done a complete and proper diagnosis, I would have never bought this vehicle.
