I purchased their top-of-the-line Silverado a $75,000 truck. The trim came in on the wrong color on one side and I have been trying for 10 weeks to get this problem resolved. It looks like I am going to have to go to another dealer and pay out of pocket to get this problem resolved. I have bought many new vehicles and this is the worst service I have ever received.

I get all my service done at Park Chevrolet. I always have a great experience. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Take pictures of anything that you do need and let you decide before they do anything. Service is timely and accurate. I have worked with Service advisor Jeff many times and highly recommend him.

Everyone is super helpful and they keep you up to date on the progress of your car and at the end they also let you know what your car is going to be needing and the cost.

I brought my 2018 Cruze in for a rear brake issue. My previous dealer in Rochester NY, twice said there was no issues with them. After 27 years in the car business, I knew that was wrong. I took it to Parks after we moved here, and it was taking care of under the Warranty. Patrick and Jo were great to deal with. You earned a new customer. Well done!

First of all, I have to give a disclaimer: please, please, please make sure you check whatever it is you're signing before you leave that place when, or if, you purchase anything from them. I know that should be a rule of thumb with all transactions from any dealership, but please make sure you do it if you're getting a vehicle from them. Will save you some potential issues down the line. Also, the lady who helped me, I think her name was Shoni (black lady, in her mid 20s if I had to guess?), was very helpful. She was knowledgeable on the type of car I wanted (a Traverse) and was helpful during the test drive.
Now for the rest of the experience. Came by during my lunch break & knew what I wanted to purchase. The sales lady was helpful; setup the test drive, answered my questions, then we went back to the dealership to discuss the financing. I was already pre approved w a well known company, so we went over the numbers w them. Due to timing constraints, I couldn't sign the paperwork; I was trading in my current car to help with the purchase & that delayed the process due to their appraisal setup. Mentioned I had to leave & was asked to pay a $500 deposit to "hold" the vehicle purchase. I felt that wasn't necessary. I knew I was taking a risk anyways having to leave, but I told them I wasn't going to pay the deposit. Ended up working out a handshake agreement that I was going to come back and purchase the car. On my way back to work, I asked if they offered any warranty plans: was told that purchasing one should be an option, but that I could discuss that when I returned. So I come back to get the car as promised later that afternoon, and the docs were already setup and ready for me to sign. Out of my own ignorance, I didn't think to see if there was anything else added to the agreement of the purchase, and didn't realize a warranty was already included in the financing agreement w the company that I had pre approval with prior. Basically, Parks felt it was convenient enough for my financing to be increased by 6 grand, which also increased my monthly payment. Wasn't shown any options on available warranty plans....it was already added to the financing. I talked w the guy in financing and advised that I wanted my payment to stay under a certain dollar amount, but since they were closing & I completed my trade in, I felt like I was in a position where I had no choice but to sign and accept the agreement. I'm sure I probably did, but at that point, I was ready to get out of there. Needless to say, I ended up reaching back out to financing & ultimately, after 5 weeks after purchase, I was able to sign a form that confirmed I wanted to have the warranty removed. If it wasn't for me being able to get the purchase refinanced elsewhere, my car payment would've been almost an additional $200 more than what I wanted to pay initially per month.
Other things that occurred during the purchase. For one, I drove off the lot in the new car with no actual insurance on it. I got a call from Parks a few days later that confirmed they didn't switch the coverage as they should've done once I left the lot, so I had to actually call the insurance company to get that squared away. Secondly, I had to come back to the lot to get my old tag on the car I traded in and mail that back to the DMV, which is a process all in itself.
I know I bear some of the responsibility in this and not paying attention to what I was signing, but I think as a dealer, if you're offering warranty plans on used cars, that you would have available info to show what those plans are, and more importantly, how much they cost and not just slap them onto the financing amount. I spoke with a local bank when I was starting the refi process & they explained that a lot of dealers & financing companies are doing this more these days. I know that I won't be dealing with them again. I'll get my routine maintenance

The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. They didn't have what we wanted on the lot but reached out to another of their lots and brought one in that got our needs perfectly.
Found a few items that needed repaired and they took care of them before they delivered the truck to us. Very helpful throughout the buying process, answered all our questions and made us very happy new-to-us truck owners.
We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride.

My experience was wonderful. Jo was the service department advisor that helped me the whole time my car was there. After I explained what was going on with my car and I had water damage in my key fobs, she was on top of it all. Jo answered all the questions and concerns I had with no hesitation. Jo was super polite and great. She knew I had kids and a busy life so she made sure while my car was being serviced and key fobs were being replaced, that I had a loaner car from the dealership to use. I really could not have asked for better person to have helped me. Jo was absolutely amazing and will be who I want when I come back again.
