My experience with Parks Chevrolet in Kernersville was nothing short of a disaster. I made the mistake of buying a truck from them, only to have the transmission fail catastrophically within the first 100 miles. I worked with Anthony and the Sales Manager, Brian. It was evident that they were fully aware of the issues with the vehicle, yet they shamelessly sold it to me anyway, effectively handing me a lemon. This ordeal has not only cost me a significant amount of money but has also wasted a considerable amount of my time and energy. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Parks Chevrolet to think twice and look elsewhere for a reliable and honest dealership. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and disappointed, and I want others to be aware of the risks involved in dealing with this establishment. Stay away from Parks Chevrolet in Kernersville if you value your hard-earned money and peace of mind.

terrible service at Parks Chevrolet, wanting to charge $6000.00 for a wiring harness on a chevy silverado 1500, 2020. Unbelievable. 20-30 hours labor to replace a wiring harness????, there is no way in anybody's right mind that anyone would pay that price with an extended warranty. I wasn't even the owner, I observed the conversation and transaction. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from Parks chevrolet for no amount of money, ever. It's a rip off.

Called for price on truck transmission fuild and filter change which was told 400. Got there and waited 2 hours called to office and told it would be 875. Told by service manager nothing he can do and he said never quoted me that price, told him I spoke with Kevin and he said that was him, so he basiclly called a customer a lair. Called 3 other gm dealers in area and got quotes of 450. So left and went to flow gmc and it done 469 out the door. Every one will know about this, thinking of contacting news.

After the worst customer service and treatment by the General manager that I received at this dealership from my previous review, no one at this dealership has reached out to me to explain why a customer like myself who has purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the past year would receive such treatment. I guess that explains why their rating is so low. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS READ THE OTHER POOR REVIEWS!!! There are other Chevy dealerships to purchase from like Van York, Terry Labonte or any other Chevy dealerships in the area which give much better treatment to their customers!!!

Ty, the General Sales Manager, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I purchased a vehicle back in December 2022 from Parks Chevrolet. I am surely no stranger to making vehicle purchases as this alone was my 3rd in the past year. I understand how dealers will all try to wheel and deal you, but this wasn't the case with Ty and his team. From the start things were a wonderful experience. Gerardo had advertised the vehicle I had been interested in. I ended up calling to the dealership and asking to speak with him. He then connected me with Ty and Ty and I ran ra couple of numbers to see where we'd stand with my trade and all. Numbers were on paper and not just vocalized which I appreciate. Everything was straightforward and easy to deal with. I unfortunately had forgetter a few things at home that day that I needed to trade my car in. Ty swore everything would be fine and that I'd still be able to continue doing business that day. I had driven over an hour to get there and thankfully Ty allowed me to return necessary items by FedEx envelope the next day. On top of that, Ty had my vehicle cleaned not just once, but again due to me being way too nit picky with something very minor. Hands down, one of the best and easiest purchase transactions to date. Ty also helped me with a mistake another dealership made on my vehicle taxes. He was nice enough to go online and calculate my estimated tax cost for registration. During this, he looked at my old registration renewal and found out I was overcharged. He instructed me to contact my county asap to see what they could do about this overpayment. Turns out, they're now refunding me over $500 due to Ty looking at my old registration's renewal paper and noticing this mistake. I am forever thankful that he caught this as I was still new to NC and didn't understand their registration/tax fees yet. Would surely recommend Parks Chevrolet and Ty's team to anyone. Love my new Tahoe!

Absolutely no communication from the service department had an appointment at 9:10 am, showed up at 8:30. Knew I was going to wait a bit, so I went with my ride to look and shop around Kernersville, came back at 11:20. Went to go check to see if they had even seen it and nothing, waited until 1:15 and left with no help. I won't be back!!!

Here is my story of how I lost $4700 at the Parks Auto Group in two days. It is long but worth the read. 1. 1 February 2023 - I was sold a substandard product for $30,350 on 1st February 2023 by Parks Chevrolet Kernersville (Owned by the Parks Auto Group) 2. 2 February 2023 - I was teaching class and did not get a chance to drive my brand new Lexus. * However, on the drive from Kernersville to Raleigh the Lexus kept pulling to the right. * I made an appointment at Lexus Durham to deal with the issue 3. 3 February 2023 early morning - I took the Lexus to Lexus Durham to change the brake shoes if needed (for the pull to the right I felt driving back). * When Lexus Durham got the car on the lift, they highlighted certain significant issues * There is rust everywhere, so bad you could poke your finger through the skid plate...and the rust was hidden under a thick layer of black, sticky rubberizing compound, so even if I looked for rust, I would only see this beautiful rubberized black underside. * I immediately; on the same day brought the product back to Chevrolet Kernersville hoping to cancel the deal, based on these hidden disastrous faults that will impact the drivability and can cause serious safety and big repair issues down the line 4. Despite a robust inspection report from Lexus Durham detailing these issues; the cancellation was declined by Chevrolet Kernersville. * They say it is my fault, and I should have had the product INSPECTED BY A LEXUS SPECIALIST before purchasing. * Essentially I should have driven it to Durham Lexus on a three hour round trip to have it inspected before purchasing * Indicating essentially that you cannot trust the quality of the products Parks Chevrolet Kernersville sells. Everything should be inspected. 5. To 'help' me in my state of disbelief and panic; they offered me a purchase credit of $27,000. * They essentially penalized me $3,350 in TWO DAYS!. * This indicate even they did not want this rusty Lexus back (however I do see that they put it back on their used car website, for $31,000 MSRP. Whoever buys this white elephant better drive to Lexus Durham and have them look at the rusted out bottom....or just take my report I already have from Lexus Durham) * In two days, because I was sold a bad product by Chevrolet Kernersville and decided to Trust them, I lost $3,350 in TWO DAYS! 6. The story should end here, but it does not, listen to this: * I was told that I can get the purchase credit only if I buy something else from them. * They only had crap or very expensive new Chevy's available. * The only somewhat safe option was a 2021 RAV4 with a moderate damage on its Carfax. At least it had no rust. 7. Subsequently I used my purchase credit on a 2021 RAV4 with a moderate accident on its Carfax as the best of a bad situation. 8. The RAV4 was sold to me at the full MSRP they were asking for the RAV4 ($31,250) PLUS an EXTRA $4,700. Take it or leave it, no negotiation, no other options 9. The alternative was to be stuck with a $30,350 Lexus GX Rust bucket which is my fault for buying because I did not get it inspected as they keep on saying, this is your fault, this is your fault... 10. So, my current situation is that I bought, from Parks Chevrolet Kernersville, part of the Parks Auto Group, a 2021 RAV4 with moderate Carfax damage FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF $35,050. This makes my car the most expensive 2021 RAV4 with moderate carfax damage in the continental united states. Even CarMax gives you a few days to take a car back, THEY AT LEAST BELIEVE IN THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Kernersville, a place that allows and condone a group like Parks Auto Group and a company like Parks Chevrolet Kernersville to cheat naïve, trusting customers. They love money much more than customers. Before writing this review I tried to engage with them and settle without taking this public. The entire management chain at Parks Chevrolet Kernersville declined to help, and ultimately getting the silent treatment from the PRESIDENT of Parks Auto Group; Adam Parks himself declining to h

I had to buy a car in an emergency (lost my other car to a fire)... the original experience was fine, but they forgot to put my floor mats back in the truck after washing it. I've been trying for 9 months to get my floor mats and Tim in sales has never returned one of my phone calls or e-mails (also lied to me about my missing mats at first). I spent almost $40,000 on a car and they are too cheap to give me my $200 mats? BS. Don't spend your money here. Go somewhere else.

I seen all the negative reviews but from the way it looks, they are coming from the sales side not the service maintenance side. My visit this time around came from the service side, and not only did they get the oil changed, tires rotated & alignment but they did so in under 2 hours. From the waiting room, you could even watch the team working on your car. To top things off, despite a slightly negative experience, which I would chalk up to be a misunderstanding that took place last year, the manager notated and upheld his word in crediting our account with the appropriate amount & that resulted in a positive experience as well. Often times people say things to get you in & out but the leadership here at Parks follow through & truly do a solid job. I would recommend buying the service plan as it makes for oil changes & tire rotation at no additional cost. Had I not had the credit, it would have simply cost 89$ for the alignment. All the front staff representatives were kind & I even got lucky when buying a beef stick from the vending machine, it gave me two! Definitely a clean place, internet provided, my only wish is that they wouldn't play those stupid parks Chevy tv ads/channel. Kinda defeats the purpose of a smart tv, when you are playing some as stupid as that. I mean, hello, I think we all know where we are when we walk into the building, don't need a Samsung smart tv consistently reminding me. Lmao I recommend just some local news! Had I not asked about changing the channel, I would have just used my Samsung app to link & change it, but since I asked, I was told it had to remain on that channel so I obliged by the request. Overall, definitely a great place for your much needed services on your newly purchased vehicles!

Let me start off by saying I qualified for the vehicle and was approved before I came to drive a vehicle, so The way I see it, like all the other places I have bought a car from easy peasy. Well not Parks Chevrolet. The sales guy Siem would never close the deal for me to drive the vehicle so I came to the kernersville location. And a lady Named Joe helped me, we drove the vehicle and we put down 250 to hold it and she wrote down all the things to fix, windshield, tires, door wouldn't shut, it was really dirty and decals all over it. I was told to give them a week, So thursday rolled around and I called to check on it and the manager Brandon told us the vehicle was ready except the cracked windshield replacement, for us to come by Friday or Saturday and we would sign papers and it would be ready. So when we got there the vehicle was dirty, had decals and the windshield was still broken. We were lied to the whole time. So we confronted Jo (female sales girl) and Brandon the manager and asked why we were lied to. So he told us he was sorry he would get right on it and he would have it delivered and he would discount it 250.00. We told him we didn't want it delivered and we would pick it up. So He calls in 3 days and said my driver is on his way to your home to drop off the car, and advised he wanted us to sign his tablet and give him the rest of the down payment. Which should have been 750.00. So they charged my card 1000.00 which means I put down 1250.00. The vehicle when he pulled up was making noise still from the brakes that were not fixed. So we had to take the vehicle back to the dealership and let them know the breaks needed fixing. The emergency brake would not even work at all. We again advised them we would pick up the vehicle because we never sat down with a finance person to do the paperwork or get a copy of it. So they called me a few days later and stated they were on my way to my home to bring the vehicle. I work in charlotte so I had to stop what I was doing (no warning) and meet him an hour away from my job. Very Unprofessional, one incident after another. I was told they would email me my paperwork and for 3 weeks now I have called numerous of times and Spoke with BRANDON (Manager), JO The Sales Lady and Lamar The other (manager) and they all 3 at different times with in three weeks advised they would give me my 250.00 refund back to my card and email me my paperwork. STILL NO REFUND OF 250.00 AND NO PAPER WORK OF THE 12000.00 VEHICLE THAT I PURCHASED. Yet here we are about 6 weeks from the start and nothing. I called again and spoke to Lamar and advised him I would get an attorney if he couldn't get this corrected. He was rude and didn't want to help me at all and said he would have Parks Chevrolets legal team contact me by Tuesday (this was a Friday that we talked). I never got a call from the legal team and when I called and spoke to the financial Department he had no clue and again was not willing to help in any matter. So here we are. NO REFUND OF 250.00 and NO PAPERWORK for the Car we purchased. YA know it Does states SATISFACTION GUARANTEED ON YOUR GREETING WHEN YOU CALL. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

I had a positive experience with Deliliah a year ago. This is about that. I went to parks to upgrade about three months ago, and it was the worst experience. I went and spoke to a man with curly hair. He didn't look at my trade but offered a low ball offer despite my kelly blue book value being more. He was more interested in trying to sell my father a truck than help me into an equinox. He all but ignored what I wanted and spoke to my father the entire time. So I left. And the new day, I got a much better deal for my trade and left with a shiny, new equinox from another dealership. I won't be back to Parks after this act of casual sexism.

I will never buy nor recommend anyone to buy here. our sales man was the only pleasant person we spoke to in this whole process. We traded in a Lexus and were going to buy a older vehicle. we signed all documents but the vehicle was not ready. then we get to pick it up and see that another dealership has the same car we were buying for thousands less. Then they tell us we have to get a car from there lot even if is not the original one we signed for. we get the car. Fast forward the car had so many problems Which they said they would pay 30 of the labor. then they can't even do the work to fix it in house then they send it to bmw to do the labor. turns out we had to pay 8-9 thousand to fix the car. We get a check and it's worth 300 dlls for the 30 % off labor. I do not recommend this company nor do I trust them any longer

After using their services for several years, the level of Customer Care has disintegrated completely. The service team does not follow up, repair delays are not communicated and a simple battery replacement turned into a fiasco.

I traded in a car with both keys and requested to have 2 keys for the truck I picked up, I got the first set of keys the day I picked up the truck and I finally get a call 3 months later for the second key but it's literally the metal cut out for the ignition, they don't include the fob to lock the doors because in fine print it's two part numbers, check over all your paper work I found 1200$ of "additional fees" for nothing, there's nothing I can do now but I can warn others. I've been to a lot of dealers, I swap cars a lot this is by far the worst of them all.
