I needed a motor in my car due to Havoline xpress on hwy 66 blowing it out with not changing my oil but just putting oil in it. and I was recommended to come to Parks Buick's service department and so thankful I did. I was recommended to their service department to see Elie Azzi and I've never had my car treated so well and Elie worked closely with me to get what I needed. Great customer service all around. They are great people that do good work. Highly recommend for servicing your car. I'm super happy with my overall service

I’ve been using this dealership since it was Vestal and have always had great service here. Aaron in the service department is one of the best! This guy is knowledgeable and someone that you can actually trust. They always get me in and out quickly. Thank you all for the great service and doing a great job!!

This company uses deceptive borderline illegal sales tactics. I am sure if they lie to potential customers in mail fliers they do worse when negotiating a deal. I received a mailer saying I had won $5000. I thought it was a scam so I called the number to confirm I had won. I went to the store still assuming it was a scam but for the chance at $5000 I had to make sure. Sure enough, scam. They said they would mail me a $5 dollar gift card but it doesn't come close to compensating the time it took to drive out there. This is the perfect allegory for your company. if you chose to screw over people in the fine print of your mailers, I am sure you use similar tactics in your sales contracts. I would like to refer you to your own "The Parks Promise" "We promise to communicate openly, displaying fairness and honesty in every interaction" "We promise to do what we say we are going to do, when we say we are going to do it. And if we ever fall a little short of this standard, we promise to make things right." I believe you fell short by a factor of 1000. You sent out a mailer saying I had won $5000, the phone number listed on the flier confirmed I had won, then when I arrive you tell me I had won a $5 gift card that you "promise" will be mailed to me. Your promises are WORTHLESS.

I'm filing complaints here, with other rating platforms, with the BBB, and with the state AG's office for false advertising. Their promotional giveaway campaign blatantly lies and clearly identifies people as winners of a very specific prize when they are not. The gentleman with the marketing company who explained to me how it works admitted that it is deceptive. It strikes me as odd that management would pay money to a marketing company to ensure that they reduce their customer base. They may have a few real winners, but most who are misled will not likely ever do business with a Parks dealership.

The service department is excellent. For them alone I would give 5 stars. I recently was visiting the service department and my husband walked into the showroom. There was a newer car and beautiful. However, my husband was focused on one thing, I on another. We didn't make a deal that day, told them we needed some time to talk it over. In the few days to come, I have never been so bothered by a dealership in my life. Now I had already said we were not taking the deal. (The numbers they gave never added up to the price of the car.) After 3 days of hounding me I decided I would play ball. Made an offer, which I was told was accepted. They met all my terms. Never did I argue about the price of the car. However, after they closed for the night they called, only to say they could not guarantee the deal, they needed to get approval from the GM. Now they said we had a deal and backtracked. My deal never had a down payment. But suddenly, again, they were asking for one. When buying a car, always look at the numbers...they can trick you if you don't know what you are looking for. I was even told because I was a woman they knew they had me. They not only lost 2 sales that day, they lost me forever! I don't deal with people who do not stand by their word. And I definitely will not go back to someone after sending a nasty message telling me I didn't know what I was talking about. Always walk away from that mess! I hope this helps someone!

DECEITFUL ! Drove 1-1/2 hours, twice. When you sit down to discuss price this is what you will find. Original price 16500. They disappear for a long time, for what I do not know. Then they come out and tally the numbers before you even try to negotiate and they add in LOJACK. 1000 for Lojack they tack on. When you say you do not want it, they tell you it is advertised in the ad. BS ! We tried to neg 1000 off the original price and they didn't move a penny. Their choice yes, but, they come off as good people but when it gets real, you will see how fast they will try to manipulate you. If you can not sell a product with out the BS, you are not trustworthy, they, are not trustworthy. Folks, go somewhere else. PS Below is their BS " Our Promise To You " BS. Go ahead and you will find out but I tell you, save your gas and your time

I has an appointment for an oil change. They were ready for me and took care of it in a reasonable amount of time.

Contacted me, unsolicited, and made an estimated offer on my car based on photos and info I posted online. I drove all the way there for them to say they weren't interested after all. They'll BS with you to get you in the door, but don't expect actual results. Gas is too expensive to be wasting time and miles like this.

I took my truck here to get a scratch in my bumper fixed. Took 3 trys to paint it correctly. But in the meantime they washed my truck. But the washed half a$$ with dirty rags and scratched my truck all over. They attempted to fix it and waxed it while the truck was still dirty and only made things worse. They the told me they were going to pay A professional to fix it correctly. But after realizing how much it was going to cost them, they changed their mind. Told me to go get f.... This the most unprofessional place I have ever done business with. It cost $1000,00 for my bumper repair, it will probably cost 2-3 times that to fix everything they messed up on my truck. Go here at your own risk.

I received no responses later Saturday, and offices are closed Sundays. However, it did show the video recordings were watched; so at least someone is monitoring (although not acknowledging). Since this wasn't resolved, it flowed into Monday morning. The call back was from Kevin, the GSM of the location with the vehicle in question; also the immediate supervisor to Cedrick (prior). Kevin was more professional, and said he'd follow later in the day, following an inspection and assessment of the vehicle. Within a few hours, I received some photos from Kevin (of light cosmetic damage on a front fender) for disclosure - I affirmed the damage was minimal/not a concern (I'd happily take it un-fixed). Kevin followed up a couple hours later and stated - "So, the vehicle didn't pass our inspection, isn't worth it to us to repair/resell, and we're not willing to sell it through the dealership w/a guarantee." To this my response was "FINE. I have a DEALER'S LICENSE and will purchase it AS-IS, IN CASH!". Kevin plainly refused. (Keep in mind I'm 96+ hours into this project): I'm now escalated to the COO of the Parks Auto Group - Larry Phelps. Larry was certainly the most professional Official I spoke to, and I told him from the start that 'I was gracious for his time, and apologized it had to reach him'. We both reiterated 30 minutes of talking points, and Larry promised an answer/price before end of day. Great! Larry promptly reached out to me later with his findings/offer in compromise, which was as follows: " OK Ryan, so the ACV (actual cash value) of this SUV is ~$28K. That stated, it didn't pass our inspection, and we aren't interested in repairing/recertifying it. Our cash offer (using my dealers license) would be $26,800.00" What a LOAD OF BULL$#!+. ! (One of my business mentors is an nationally acclaimed industry sales training Professional - and after reading/listening/reviewing to my points (jointly), he advised me to SUE THEM! Epic - I wish I had the time, ). Here's the bottom-line about Parks Auto Group, out of the Carolina's: BAIT & SWITCH - FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Listed price is "haven't cleared inspections, can't be held, don't take deposits, price isn't correct..." TOTAL FRIGGIN' JOKE!! 5 reps made 20+ excuses, countless apologies, gate-guarded by three STUPERvisors , and wasted over 4.5 hours in total, over a five day period. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY - DIRTY ROTTEN $$$ TACTICS!!

Technician Mr. Hall, your professionalism and knowledge of even the tiniest of details about my Sierra, convinced me that I made a smart decision to purchase my GMC. The fact that someone like you is at PARKS makes returning there for service a "no-brainer". In addition to enjoying driving the truck, the second best thing is knowing you are there should I need literally anything, service wise. That's certainly something one rarely expects from any dealership service bay. Sure, everyone in the Parts & Service Department are very kind and helpful. But Mr. Hall you are truly "THE" Master! First of all, you so easily communicate. You're an incredible listener, approachable and uncommonly kind. Ironically, you always resolve whatever is needed, quickly too. Admittedly, I was a bit overwhelmed with the idea of owning a big diesel at my ripe old age. However, even in the smallest detail you make my having made this decision perhaps the least difficult when it comes to service. You lend exceptional credit to a field that is often criticized and untrusted. You really give me every faith and confidence that I'm in the best hands with you. Thank you for "always" making any visit stress free and pleasant!

My buying experience was good. But their paperwork process after the sale is HORRIBLE. As to the buying part, I rate them A-. Their price was fair and they gave me a reasonable amount for my trade. They even helped by agreeing to find someone to drive the car halfway to me (I'm in Alabama) so we could meet in the middle (in GA). Of course, this was at my expense ($300) but it was still helpful. However, that was the end of the "good" part of their service. I paid them a cashier's check for the full amount on Dec., but I was disappointed that when they showed up with the car and the paperwork, some dummy at the dealership had arbitrarily decided the title should be in my husband's name only, and my name was nowhere to be found. When I called to complain, they falsely claimed that we had told them we wanted it in just my husban's name, even though I had clearly spelled out our desires in an email the previous day. I had even emphasized that it was to the Lee OR Maureen -- not "and". You would think a car dealership would routinely ask the buyers who they wanted to take title. Not only did they not do this, but they explicitly ignored our instructions. When I complaied, they said they could re-do the paperwork but it would increase the wait for me to receive the title, so we told them to just go ahead "as is" because we are anxious to receive the N. C. title so we can take it into Alabama DMV ASAP since we need a permanent tag before we can leave on our extended vacation. Ignoring our wishes about who should be on the title and then claiming it was our fault was bad enough But here's the worst part: It is now over 2 weeks since they received full payment, yet I have still NOT received my title. To add to my frustration, after unsatisfactory calls to the paperwork guy at Parks GMC, I asked for the sales manager, Eddy, and I did speak to him on Tuesday, when he informed me the title was "in processing" and promised to look into it and call me back. All this supposed processing is utter bullshit. The only processing needed is for someone to sign the title, but apparently two weeks isn't long enough for that process to be completed. Despite the sales mgr's promise, I received no call back on Tuesday, and no call back Wednesday either, despite my calls him leaving FOUR messages throughout the day. He was always "in a meeting". Today, when I got the same old run-around, I asked to speak to someone higher up. I'm still waiting for a call back. PS Don't be fooled by the "Park Promise", some longwinded sales message you're treated to while you wait on hold. It goes on and on about how they care so much for their customers every wish -- etc. etc. It's a real load of blarney. Once they have your money they couldn't care less about your wishes or their past promises.

This is the saddest excuse for a servic- oriented dealership I have ever dealt with in my life!!! The story is far too long to deal with, but in short... We purchased a used car at the end of April from Vestal, and as of today (August 10th) we STILL don't have a title to get registered and licensed in our name. We talked to Eddie again today...he can't get us another temporary tag, and he can't give us an indication of when we might receive this title. His latest "encouragement" as of today is "I guess you just shouldn't drive the car"!!!! This is a purchase for my 84 year old mother and they have been giving her a runaround like you wouldn't believe!!! I guess they feel like they have better things to do than help out an "old woman." They have been giving us continual run arounds and excuses. At first I was believing them, but now, after the continual excuses...many of which just don't make sense...it appears it is just a bunch of untruths to do a CYA!!! It's useless to leave a message...the people will not return calls (that is unless you're a hot prospect to buy a car), they do not appear to be truthful, and just appear to run a slipshod operation. Based on our (lack of) service from them, I would NEVER recommend them for ANY type of transaction or service!!!!

I bought my truck here last year. It was a very smooth and easy process from beginning to end. I've taken my truck in for service and recalls and they have always provided me with fast and dependable service. When they've had to keep my truck for an extended time they have provided me with a new car to drive as a loaner vehicle. It doesn't get any better than that. If you're in the market for a new car, truck or suv I higher recommend Vestal.
