Hopkins used to be a great place to take our pets but in the last two years or so, they've gone downhill. They never have any appointments whether your dog is in pain or not. When I called recently about requesting a refill for our dog diagnosed with arthritis, they wouldn't refill any without seeing her for a checkup. And the appt they gave us was two months out. Such a shame. Won't be going there anymore. Had to give one star but would give zero if I could.

My encounter with everyone at Hopkins Road Animal Hospital has been wonderful. This was my first experience with this vet and I will now be taking all of my pets to be in their care. Dr. Ashley Parks is phenomenal. 100/10 recommend. Thank you for all that you guys do. I really appreciate you!

They are so good with my dog, Coco!!! They're so patient and gentle with her when she gets nervous. I trust them completely and will never go anywhere else!!!

We have a regular vet that was closed over Christmas Holliday so we had to go here because no one were open . Our kitty passed away while we were there and they where very empathetic and nice and very accommodating . All the other animals and customers seemed happy to be there . Thank you Hopkins road animal hospital and Dr Gallher for helping us through our sad day .

DON'T BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!! Their go to answer for anything is allergies and infections. We've had lack of communication and had to put animals down because of it.

I had my first visit last week at Hopkins Road, and I love it already! Dr. B Parks and all the staff was so nice and welcoming and not only did he walk me through the shots and medications given, he gave me great advice about training my puppy. I can't wait to go back!

I just adopted a dog from the shelter and 3 days later he was sick. I googled vets in Kernersville and found Hopkins Road Animal Hospital. Took by sick baby in first thing this morning and the staff and Dr were amazing. Dr Tyler (can't remember his last name) and his Asst were so warm and kind. They answered all my questions, assured me the Colt was going to be just fine after his meds. They spent time just talking with me and educating me on kennel cough. I'm so glad I found them and will be taking both my beagle sons here. Thank You for making my Colt feel better.
