Wonderful experience today at the Minute Clinic. Both the nurse and PA went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and heard. They were both very personable and patient with all 3 of my kids. I will definitely come back to this particular location simply because of my initial visit.

It suppose to be a walk-in clinic. All I needed was a TB skin test. No one was there waiting and the lady told me that I needed an appointment and that it would be around 3pm before they could do it. It was only 12:15pm. I don't understand why is it so hard for this place to do their job.

Nasty woman working at minute clinic. It's supposed to be walk in. We got there 9:13 she did not have appt coming in until 9:30. Would not see my son and slammed the door in our faces. If she's a nurse she failed bed side manor royally. Will never ever go there again.

Would rate 0. If presigning at home does nothing and people still cut in line for whatever reason, please cancel this feature.

FNP was knowledgeable and caring. She was appropriate in her assessment and willing to go above and beyond. I appreciate being able to pop in for a quick visit and will go back if needed.

Our toddler had an ear ache. He never complains when he's sick so when he started crying we knew he was serious. We took him to MinuteClinic to have him checked out. He was crying while waiting for the NP. The store clerks were understanding and tried to help cheer him up. After waiting, the NP's first response was that we should have waited in the car, to which I responded that we didn't know that was an option. How would they let us know it was our turn? but she gave no response to my question and moved on. She proceeded to say that his ear was probably red from all the crying so an exam probably wouldn't do any good. She also suggested that the only reason he was crying was because he had to come to the doctor. After giving him and exam, she said it was barely pink and probably not an infection at all. She said the only reason she'd prescribe anything was because he'd had a cold last week. She made it clear that her opinion was that I just didn't understand my child's behavior and that she believed the visit was unnecessary before it even started. She was dismissive about him being sick at all, was rude in how she communicated, and had it not been for my insistence, I'd have a toddler with an untreated ear ache because she wasn't patient enough or willing to do her job. It was obvious that she did not want to be there. This was our only option today on a holiday as our regular provider was closed. CVS needs to give their practitioners better training on bedside manner. We won't be back.

Unethical billing practice!!!! I took my son a couple of weeks ago knowing that his insurance most likely wouldn't cover the bill. I woke up yesterday to see that the Minute Clinic automatically withdrew the balance that wasn't covered by insurance. No bill! No warning! When I called I was told that the contract states that they are allowed to withdraw the money once all is said and done with the insurance company. I expected a bill at least showing a break down of what the insurance did/didn't cover and a due date but I was then told they don't send bills and that they have a right to just take the money. I am livid! And so glad the bill wasn't more than it was! And the woman admitted that all she did was type in my sons symptoms and that the computer told her what he had. And I quote "The computer is telling me that he has bronchitis." I will never go back to another one of these poor excuses for a "medical facility" ever again!

First I want to say the staff is very friendly and caring. I went in for what I thought was a normal cold . I was give a solution to numb my throat. Things got worse, went to my regular Dr. and tested positive for the flu. This was my first visit and will be may last at any minute clinic . You can't just type symptoms into a computer and wait on a response. That's not a way to treat anyone.

I've never had a problem. It is what it is. Hit or miss. It's a CVS for god sake. So sick of these complainers. Go to a damn doctors office or the ER if you don't like it. This is just a quick pit stop. These people with their reviews these days. Normal people can tell that your one star was a much needed heroic keyboard attempt to make yourself feel important instead of a real complaint. Get a life.

We have been there in the past and had great experience, but after my husband's visit yesterday I will NEVER recommend especially if ----------, NP is working. Horrible, horrible, horrible. It was obvious from the time he got there, she was ill and ready to leave. She was rude and did not thoroughly check my husband for symptoms he's had since Christmas. If this is how this minute clinic provider "treats you like family", I am thankful I'm not in hers.

Waste of time. Sat for hours and watched people get taken in before me even though I was here half an hour after it opened. Even if someone makes an appointment from home as they walk out to get there when you have been waiting on-site for hours, they'll still take them since they “pre-registeredâ€. Absolutely disgraceful.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I got there before the posted cut off, but it didn't matter. Make sure you get there an hour or two before they close or you will be turned away, and they won't care if you're standing their crying and wanting to be seen. Inhuman treatment.
