Learned a lot. Did purchase a mattress but spent more than we budgeted. You have to purchase a mattress cover from them or void your warranty. The cover is noisy and slick. Also they do price match as advertised but you DO NOT get the extra 50% of the difference. They would not give it to us.

Mike helped us out this week with a new mattress and box spring. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I originally shopped a competitor online, and came in the door with those specs (thinking I was at their store). I was obviously embarrassed, but he was so nice about it. He asked what we were looking for and our price range. He got us exactly what we needed. I thought he was genuinely really nice and not at all pushy (thank goodness, because I hate that). I would definitely recommend visiting Mike at this store!

GREAT customer service! As soon as I walked in Mike greeted me and instantly assisted. It took NO TIME I told him what I was looking for and in no time I was in and out with the mattress I was looking for, for my daughter!!

Slack and tired of sleeping on the floor when I paid for a king mattress 2-25-24. Ordered King size mattress from Mike on 2-25-24. Delivery Day 3-1-24. Still no King size mattress that was paid in full. District Manager hasn’t responded. Steer clear unless you want to pay for a mattress but never receive a delivery. The floor sucks! I paid in full and I keep getting the run around. Called store multiple times without a response. Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
