Do NOT finance anything through Lowe’s!!!! We financed a fence installation and a shed. We did a 120 month special financing. Curtis came to our home and did the finance agreement. Ryan , who is in charge of the fence installation Department told us Curtis messed up the loan. They put us on a 24 month loan with deferred interest. Which we would never do. They put us on a 84 month loan for 2400. 7 days later. Which we knew Nothing about. Ryan just gave us the run around. He does NOT return our calls or helped in ANY way to resolve THIER mistake. We had no choice but to take out a loan with our bank to save our credit. We ended up paying $2400 extra in the loan that was added to the loan without us even knowing. Basically Lowe’s committed fraud against us!!!! They give you a number to call to customer service. That number is a joke! Corporate is useless. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!
UPDATE :::: CALLED NUMBER YOU GAVE ME ! STILL GOT THE RUN AROUND! YOU DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING I SAID SERIOUSLY! YOU JUST SAY THAT SO PEOPLE THINK YOU TOOK CARE OF THE MATTER. LOWES IS A JOKE!

Lowes is always a great place to buy plants, flowers and accessories for my garden. They have such a wide selection to choose from. The staff at the Kernersville Lowes is always so friendly.

I went to Lowes in Kernersville this afternoon to get 2 stems for shower thinking all were the same , I asked a worker in plumbing to assist me . He explained that they were all different & began to assist me . Conclusion " the stem were made by Elgin in the early 60s
He cross referenced it & told me that Lowes does not stock it or sell it . He then went to computer & printed it out so I could go to home depot or online & order it . The employee is Craig such a nice helpful man .
We are so quick to complain when we are not happy or something goes wrong that I wanted to take the time to praise a worker at Lowes name Craig !!!

Went to exchange my propane tank, and additionally wanted to grab items for my garden, with my young children in tow. I wheel my children and empty tank into the store, and was immediately reprimanded by two female employees for not leaving my tank outside. I was told this was against store policy, and when I last visited this location and did the exact same thing no one said a word regarding store policy. I have moved around many times, as my family is a military family, and this is the first time this has ever been brought to my attention. So you can only imagine my genuine surprise. At no point was this reasoning for the policy ever explained to me, I was just berated and rushed out upon entering. I left my cart outside and quickly paid to exchange, but due to feeling disrespected and uncomfortable did not do any further shopping. I still do not understand how or why I was against store policy, and would not intentionally do something against the rules. After leaving, I tried to google search the policy and never found it. Anyway, if you are going to tell a customer that they are breaking your store’s policy, you can easily do so WITH KINDNESS and not in such a rude manner. Terrible customer service skills from these employees. Will not return to this location.

Highly recommend locally owned Farmer's Hardware over this store. Much friendlier employees and they don't force you to use self checkout.
