Waited an hour so them to get permission from the doctor even though the doctor had already sent it. The person in the office talking with me and seeing my 21 month old trying to entertain her self while waiting and waiting. Then they get it bring us to thw room for her to say she want do it within 1 min because my daughter was crying and moving, you know what most 1 year old would do. They are phlobotomists, their only job is drawing blood and they couldn't even try. So I'm assuming they took the appointment so that they could get payed but then didn't wanna draw blood from a toddler.

The whole experience from start to finish I thought was great.. however a few days later..... i am notified that they forgot to draw a lab that was ordered for me despite the fact I verified 3 times all the correct vials were being filled. Now i have to return here and get stuck again. Please train your staff correctly in verifying orders from a provider.

Went for an appointment for drug screening and she had a nasty attitude. She told me to lock my purse up before drug testing. What facility does that? and kept asking me "did you wash your hands" several times like I'm some child or mentally challenged. What made it so bad is that she saw me washed my hands. Over all the customer service was horrible. There's no respect to the customers.

Poorly run. Nothing is prepared even a test for at home. They have to "gather" it?! Plus what sense does it make to have you check in at express and then still have to be called up to window so they see your paperwork and get payment. LabCorp really needs to get it together. Everyone I have been to is run this way. Wait times, even if you're the only one there is excessive.

Routine bloodwork was best experience of my 50 years. Quick check in, quality staff, efficient blood draw! Can't ask for more! Well done!

I went there to get a drug test. They stop taking patients at 4. Fine so I went the next day. They told employer I refused the first day so they won’t hire me now. They just don’t understand how they can affect a persons life. After reading other reviews, I can’t see how they are still in business.

My Doctors office lab closed at noon today so when I got there at 2:00 they told me sorry charlie wrong tuna :>)They told me to go to LabCorp and gave me the address. Well I went to that address and found out they had moved like 3 years ago. Come on Novant update your address book. Anyways the nurse said she sent the order over to LapCorp. So when i finally go to LabCorp of course there was no orders. The nurse there saw I was pretty frazzled at that point, from loading and unloading my scooter. She (the LabCorp nurse) said do not worry I will get this straightened out for you. She looked up my nephrologist and got me the number so I could call and ask them to send the order over. They finally did and then the LabCorp nurse got me in and out in record time. They were wonderful and the only thing i did not like was the touch screen you have to use to log in with. But then I am a germaphobe.

Unprofessional service. I had my labs scheduled for work. I came to the window trying to verify my lab and was directed to back off the window and sit down. Then I was escorted for my blood draws. I tried to ask about my labs the second time and received the paper into my face instead of the answer. No hand washing was performed. Do not want to come back.

Went in for blood work in April 2020. They never sent my results to either of my doctors and refused to give me my results. I had to get my doctor involved and contact them personally just forhim to get the results, still leaving me without them. I should mention this is blood work that I paid for out of pocket because it wasn't covered by my insurance.

Good system for waiting in car before check-in.

The workers there are not professional. Always on their phones, and each time I go visit its either close (but not time) to lunch break or closing and the doors are locked and I have to come back.

So incredibly efficient and fast. I love the mobile check in option. Was in and out in less than five minutes and staff were friendly.

I never have to wait...I usually am in there and out depending on what I am having done in about 20 minutes. That's because we're talking and cutting up...the girls are so friendly and efficient.

I would have given a 0. Waited an hour. We continued to ask. They took 3 people ahead of my disabled friend. They took a break after each person. Only took one at a time. After they took one at a time for an hour and waiting room backed up each nurse started taking a patient. HOUR WAIT IS UNACCEPTABLE!
