I must give Margaret a huge virtual hug. I got out yesterday for the first time with my heated gear. Thank you Margaret for working so hard to satisfy my oversize needs. You and your team have done a terrific job for myself and my wife. The liners performed wonderfully while remaining comfortable. If I ever get to NC I will be sure to stop by and get that hug.

One of my wife’s Gerbing Ultra-Lite heated gloves stopped working. From what I read online Gerbing’s lifetime warranty was no longer being honored so I contacted Heated Clothing RX to see about having it repaired. I spoke with Margaret and she told me to send the pair in and they’d check them out. She contacted me letting me know the gloves had arrived and would be checked out soon. I believe it was the next day that she let me know what it would cost for repair and return shipping. I received the gloves a few days later and they work fine now as they repaired the faulty connector. The repair was very reasonably priced and the return shipping cost less than what I was quoted. I’m quite pleased with their repair service and would definitely use them again. Thanks.

Just wanted to share my experience with the great customer service rep Margaret at HCRx. They were very communicative throughout the process and handled my warranty quickly and when the item was unable to be repaired they sent me a replacement for my item. I do not hesitate in any way to recommend this service.

I was having problems with my 10 yr old Gerbing liner and gloves not heating up. Sent them in for evaluation. They replaced the faulty plugs and now they work like new. Extremely reasonable rates and saved me from buying new. Turnaround time was about 2 1/2 weeks. I would highly recommend.
