Cheryl the cashier looked me up and down several times while chewing gum with open mouth, stalled as much as she could, did not know how to do her work, was very rude all the time. There was another employee sat on the bench eating and staring, I could see people waiting long times at customer service and the fishmonger was very rude too - constantly asking the same thing over and over and refusing to give me what I asked for. I will never shop here again. I used to do all my shopping here but never more. This kind of behavior is inadmissible.

Ordered a Birthday cake from the Bakery here inside the store (Kernersville location) and I give 5 stars to the cake decorator. They did an awesome job on our Boston Red Sox themed cake.

Had the most positive experience this week at the store. I somehow forgot my wallet in the shopping cart outside. And I didn't realize it till I was 10 miles or so away at around 9 PM in the evening - I called in panic to try to get some help and a "Jackson" answered the phone. And he was very cordial and concerned for me after i explained. And offered to go check the parking lot within minutes. I got a call back telling me...that he had my wallet safe in hand.
I was able to get there before they closed and I was so thankful for someone being so caring, honest and professional.

I decided to shop here this morning on the last day of their sales, and everything was ringing up wrong and I think I paid more than I should have. This store tends to be okay, but now it is overpriced junk and price switch goes on to frequently. This is the store that made me give up on harris teeter. I think at the you scanners are setup to still from customers, I hate those things and you can't often get the help you need. Also, remember this store seems to pull the sales early offer the shelf and start to sale their stuff early for the next sales weeek. Like the sale ends on tuesday night by 11:59. They start their new sales tuesday at 6am leaving out a whole day to shop.

I am just curious. How long is chocolate milk supposed to last? The date of this review is 01/05/2024. The chocolate milk pictured has an expiration date of 02/26/2024. Last week, we picked some chocolate milk up that had an expiration date of 02/05/2024. So, again, how long does chocolate milk last?

LOVE this store!!! Found the most fabulous roasted turkey breast, incredible freshly baked bread, rolls and desserts and everything else we needed!!! Can't wait to go back!!!
