Honest folks. I was accidentally charged for a part they had decided not to put on my truck. I talked to Boyd the following day and he immediately corrected my bill and apologized for the mistake. I was in and out in 10 minutes! I've been doing business here for 25 years and will happily continue to fo so!

My pickup had all the signs of a bad fuel pump (approx 1k to fix) Made an appointment for Thurs morning. Took it in Wed evening.
Got a call 8:20 AM bad cam sensor $254 and ready in 1 hour!
The office was very busy when I arrived but all of the staff smiled and greeted me. My career was in food service management (retired)
My "gut feeling" told me these people are sincere in their dedication to personal service and satisfaction.
I was shown the defective part and told what happened to it before I paid.
Don't let the old building or location cause doubts, they have been there a long time and thriving because of their excellent service and fair prices.

Excellent experience with this place! I've been here a few times since they moved into Englberts old building. Today, I took a couple of golf cart tires to have valve stems put in. They were clearly very busy, but they worked me in. I left the tires and went on some other errands. Within a very reasonable time, they called to let me know my tires were ready. I went and picked them up and was charged a more than fair price. I'll definitely be back.

As I get older I’m not able to do as many repairs as I used to, so these people are my saving grace. Any time I have repairs beyond my abilities, they are the only ones that I turn to. They just finished a very in depth repair of the ac system on my Toyota Tundra. Picked it up and had the ac not been running great, I wouldn’t have known they had the dash apart. Great job guys, and Tammy!!!

I heard about Forsyth Auto on 93.1 THE WOLF and heard Dale and Annie (morning show)… talking about it so I thought why not take my Jeep there and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Forsyth Auto Tammy is the sweetest woman and this place don’t try to screw people over like other places!! All the employees here are VERY nice and treat u like a customer but they treat u like family they’re honest and they care about helping others if u go to Forsyth Auto I promise u will NOT regret it

Honest & fair priced. Got a complete tune up didn't know my plug wires had a lifetime guarantee they replaced them and could have charged me and I would have never known.

I usually only write reviews to complain - this is an exception. This is to give praise and encourage you to bring your car to these guys. I usually do all the work on my cars but this one got out of hand and needed a pro. These guys stepped up when many shops i called cowered from my Tundra. They are very fair, honest, and great with communication.
