If I could give 0 stars I would for these incompetent people! They delivered my packages to the wrong house. I couldn’t even find a house on my street that looked like it to retrieve my packages. I tried calling the Fed-Ex number multiple times and you might as well be calling a convenient store for assistance. They are absolutely useless. I asked them to contact the driver and have he/she retrieve my package since that person would know what street/city my packages are even in but all she could tell me was contact the shipper. I am sorry but if you are in the DELIVERY business shouldn’t you have people who are competent enough to read road signs and mailbox numbers. We even have a sign in our yard with the house number on it. We live in the age of navigation systems on our phones. There is no excuse for people not receiving their packages. I called my shipper and asked them to block Fed Ex from delivering anything else from them to me. Forgive me for actually wanting to receive what I order Fed Ex!

We have the worst delivery driver. He will place very heavy packages right in front of the steps to my deck. I have repeatedly told him that all packages should be left on deck and he ignores my request. I have added it to my delivery notes, called to speak with a supervisor for the local office, and left bad reviews of the delivery. Nothing has resolved my problem. I wish I were able to select my preferred delivery service when placing orders. I would use UPS everytime!

Per FedEx a driver attempted delivery 3 days in a row. According to their records, I requested later delivery dates and they informed the shipper I refused the delivery. The problem is there has never been an actual attempt at delivery. There has not been a FedEx truck or FedEx delivery person at my house during the delivery window. There was been someone, if not multiple people home during the 3 days FedEx says attempts were made and there are cameras. It’s just stupid to lie! Calls have been made to FedEx and cases have been opened and still no resolution and no package has been received.

Liars. Claimed that they "tried to deliver". I was home at the time they falsely claimed to have attempted to deliver. No FedEx vehicle came anywhere near our house. In the future I will not order from vendors that utilize this poor excuse of a company.

You should rebrand to “Close Enough”.
If there’s a problem with a delivery, I can always count on FedEx to be responsible.
Thank you FedEx for always getting my packages close-ish to where they need to go. Different street, different house, different city- no problem! That’s the FedEx way.

I would greatly like to encourage no one to ever work here, my fiance and I worked here this last holiday season in 2023. We both got injuries while working at FedEx they were both injuries that were not our fault. I was given 6 weeks to rest on seeded duty where when there was another employee working with me I also had to work in smalls which would hurt my ankle that I had injured but I had to do that because my boss was irritated that I was just sitting down in the CC room even though I would ask to go home when I was in the CC room because I was doing nothing and I didn't want to run the clock they wouldn't let me because of company policy. My ankle was still not healed yet but I told my doctor that I was ready to be off of seat duty and to go back to work because my boss BrVaughn pressured me and told me and I quote you're not even limping anymore. Every time that he would come into that room I would feel bad because I simply got injured and I simply had an injury and felt like he didn't believe me even though I was injured and I couldn't lift packages or do my job properly without being on seeded duty and I was just doing what the doctor said. My fiance's situation was even worse than this. My fiance had a package dropped on their foot and had to wait and keep working until our manager showed up for them to talk to a nurse after they were treated and put on seeded duty and everything else everyone at the company including managers and bosses but especially B Vaughn acted like my fiance was lying about their injury. My fiance was told to take steroids but the company was never made aware because they just decided they were done and left. They were also put on seated duty in the CC room but it was only for one week they were still injured still having to be on their foot because they were forced to work in smalls were you occasionally have to move and walk. When I worked in smalls I was told I wasn't supposed to work in smalls alone because of my injury my fiance worked in smalls alone. Everyone acted like my fiance was trying to use the company's policy of injuries so both of us could have extra money and I am not happy about this. Not to mention all the inappropriate comments that I had to deal with my boss making when I was in that CC my boss being once again Br Vaughn. I also didn't feel comfortable going to HR about Br Vaughn because he had already gone to HR for other things and nothing was done about his actions and these were worse actions that I knew about. Not to mention if a package is over a hundred pounds you're supposed to have help and no one ever has time to help anyone else with anything which is very dangerous they need to have more staff but they don't because they treat their employees like this. Not to mention that my fiance and I are both minorities and we're not treated well with that as well.

Called Tuesday to file a complaint about the driver driving on our lawn, same woman showed up Thursday after a storm and did the same thing, when I went onto the porch and said “please don’t drive on my lawn, I’ve already called about this” she rolled her eyes, and left (with the package) leaving ruts on our front lawn. We have a dirt driveway and a turn around. When I called to complain again due to the damage I was told a complaint was filed and would be sent to the route manager and my package would be delivered later the same day by 5pm. When 5:30 rolled around I called back and was told not only was there nothing they could do but there was no way to know when the package I’d paid for shipping on would be delivered. When I asked if I could pick it up I was told only the sender could request that option. When I asked what happened to the complaint I filed on Tuesday and Thursday morning they told me “sorry, we can’t even open a complaint with that tracking number, so they never did, only the sender would be able to”. So not only are their delivery drivers lazy and disrespectful of property, their customer service will lie to make you happy. The worst part, I even have security cameras and footage, yet nothing can be done. We couldn’t even request a new driver. I find it very convenient that there’s no plates on the front of any of the box trucks.

The worst shipping company. Unreliable. They hold packages in their warehouse and don’t deliver them. They pull into our driveway and scrape it up and the drivers complain about doing their actual job.

I ordered a heavy package that was abandoned by a FedEx driver by the first floor staircase, I guess he didn’t want to carry it up to my apartment on the fourth floor. I had no idea this package was mine for days, and I was walking past it for days until I started thinking…. This thing is really blocking the stairs, whose big stupid package is this? Then I saw MY name! I couldn’t believe it. I’m a short woman and I tried to lift the package up the stairs but it was too heavy. I am new to the city, so I didn’t know who to call or what to do.
This is a five star review because I spoke with the wonderful Azar Riashi who made my day! He drove to my house himself, thirty minutes away, to carry my package up to my apartment on the fourth floor. This excellent employee went above and beyond to rectify the problem and he told me that he would speak directly with the driver to ensure that this doesn’t happen again in the future. Thanks for showing that there are still men with strong and honorable work ethic in this world, Azar! Someone give this man a raise ASAP.
Driver please remember that your role as a man is to display honorable work ethic like Azar, even when others are not watching. Remember that the person who ordered the package could be elderly, disabled, injured, weak, short, and/or may not be able to carry heavy packages for any number of reasons.
