I loved shopping at Ellis Jewelers in Lexington. When I moved to Kernersville, I was happy to have Ellis Kernersville as a local jeweler. I have been in the Kernersville store a total of four times, and each time I have been disappointed by the experience. Salespeople are NOT friendly. They were actually snobbish. I'm sad to say that I won't be back. I will gladly drive to Winston-Salem or Greensboro to do my business.

Bought a wedding band set a few years back and they had a great layaway and warranty. They replaced a diamond in my wife's ring twice that had came out awesome place and price.

From the continuing issues of them not calling the correct phone number on my repair ticket to keep me updated on my husbands watch repair, which was for the movement, it sadly came back yesterday, after bringing home to my husband, he opened the bag and discovered the watch band was not only damaged, but pieces falling off from where someone had literally tried to glue them back together. This trouble & damage is unacceptable. Do not recommend.

The staff at Ellis Jewelers are wonderful and their jewelry is great quality. They are so helpful and always make sure we are satisfied with our purchases. Jessica helped me reset a wedding band that I had purchased from another store (big mistake) because it was falling apart. It turned out beautifully and is so well made. Highly recommended!
