I was paying way too much for my car insurance, so I asked around about good insurance agencies. Elizabeth Soots was highly recommended by several people, and they weren't lieing! This agency is AMAZING! Not only did they save me hundreds of dollars, they got my policy set up super fast and explained everything to me so I could actually understand it. The best part tho, THE STAFF!!! They are by far the nicest and most helpful people I've delt with in a long time! And every time I call, they actually answer the phone!! It rings to their office, not a call center or to someone in another country, I didn't even have to press a number to talk to them!!!! So thanks yall, so much, for being so awesome and for helping me save so much money?

Great experience with this branch! Noah helped us take a loot look at our current coverages and gave us insight into how those coverages could improve without spending too much money. He also covered supplemental health insurance and life insurance with us and we were able to get a plan that worked with our budget! Very knowledgeable and passionate about getting his customers the RIGHT coverages for their situation and not just pushing the "add ons" to make a sale. If you are in the market for insurance or you are not happy with your current coverages, go ahead and make this branch your first and last stop for insurance!

Caleb was my agent. Lots of patience for a young person! I had never bought insurance before(widow) and he was great at finding me more coverage at less money. Now home and auto are in the same agency!

It was a pleasure working with Caleb at Elizabeth Soots State Farm to transition away from Allstate. I never changed even with increased rates because of the perception of difficulty in change on multiple policies. He explained the process and made me at ease to go ahead an make the transition. Caleb was a great representative for this branch and agency. Even though our current rates were less, and it would be more to go with State Farm, Caleb was professional, and did not just try to sell something more just to make the sale. I will be contacting him again when I begin the process of looking for a new vehicle and need coverage!
