Drove out to Kernersville hoping to pick up a size of ABD pad that the Winston-Salem location was out of, only to find that it’s no longer here. Google has no information about it being gone, the Dove webpage still lists it at this location. I have a picture attached to show the empty storefront. Please update Google listings when you close a location!

This company after learning my husband went to the hospital and died the day we bought a lift chair from them refused to do anything to take it back or help us get rid of it. They were uncaring and callus to say the very least. Do not do business with this store

Thank you to Shannon and team for excellent customer service in getting a Rollator (walker) ordered, Medicare approved and delivered to Assisted Living facility my Mom is staying at. All this was done remotely as I live in FL. My mom is happy with her rollator and I’m happy with the service provided by Dove Medical Supply in Kernersville.

Paula and Danielle were the best for customer service when I stopped by the Kernersville store this morning. I rented a knee scooter, service was prompt, they adjusted it to fit my tall frame and the entire time despite wearing masks, I could tell they were smiling!!! I will go back to this store again!

I called Dove Medical on Saturday August 28th in urgent need of a Quad cane for a new resident in assisted living in Kernersville and I am in Northern Virginia. Melissa was so helpful and had the cane in stock. I needed it delivered to the assisted living that day and Melissa volunteered to personally deliver the quad cane after her shift ended at 4pm. Melissa was excellent, knowledgeable and compassionate to the needs of the gentleman in assisted living. Outstanding customer service!!I am a registered nurse and geriatric Care Manager and truly appreciate the service I received from Dove Medical and Melissa!

I didn't know that this store was even there.Very nice and so helpful for all of my questions. So satisfied and rate them 100 ++++Thanks you so very much Paula for all of your help. I will definitely be a regular customer and letting all of my friends and family know that they are there and so nice. Please give them a try. You will be back. They have the CBD that truly works. And I am going to get some for my furbaby. Great Great Great place and very very helpful. And their products are made in NC.

I'm very satisfied w/ the help i received today a lady named LOIDA was very nice and professional, she helped me find a knee brace that i was looking for . Very clean store and efficient staff. Will definitely be back.
