I HESITATE to give this place two stars. I hesitate. I have to say, the only reason this ISN'T a one star is because the renovations recently made have made this store nice and neat, and very clean.
Conversely, this has to be one of the saddest/creepiest and disappointing services I have had. The staff were either constantly repeated how "over it" they were, while not helping guests, OR being creepy. Really creepy. I was woth my girlfriend, and not only did we both not understand a word the guy was saying, but we both left weirded out, and I am a MAN.
I just don't know. This store has the makings of a 5 star, but I don't know if this one experience is what it is usually like. I have been here two times now, once before the redo, and today. I still think this is not a great Dollar Tree, and I will very much hesitate to shop here again..

This the best location in North Carolina, store looks great after re doing the floor. One of cleanest and we'll stocked. The managers are always nice and polite, I feel bad because they cannot keep any cashiers. Unfortunately that's every store and company in the US right now. Mary always goes out of her way to help me, and brightens up my day with her smile. The closing manager is a young man who is so nice, and sweet. I wish all the other dollar trees were like this one, south main is the best location around.

Please hire more people. Why only one cashier on a friday night? People might want to work if you paid more or whatever the deal is.

Some craft supplies, toys, food, school supplies, party supplies, books, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and beauty products. The freezer section is a little bigger than the new Dollar Tree on N Main St in Kernersville, NC.

This is the biggest dollar tree around, with excellent selection, tons of variety and a much bigger inventory than smaller stores. If you've seen something online or in a video that is at dollar tree, this one is sure to have it! The store is well maintained and staff are friendly.

The website says they open at 8 a.m. on Sunday but they don’t open till 9 am

This store is more well maintained than my local store. It's also one of the larger Dollar Trees. Staff are friendly. It's good place to shop.

Large store with a big inventory, but only 1-2 aisles have toys in them, and those aisles are barren and a mess. They have the liquid chemical cleaners in the same aisle as the toys. It's quite obvious this store is understaffed, because Dollar Tree doesn't want to pay a fair wage to retain help. The employees that are there seemed very kind and friendly, even though they are underpaid and overworked.

Very disappointed! The cashier was chitchatting with a woman customer unnecessarily too long, and completely ignored the 10 customers who were on the line waiting.

I have been in several times since the move to the new location and have really enjoyed it…. Until today! Im not sure if the young male cashier ( Alex ) was having a bad morning or what but he couldn't have been more rude! After putting my items on the conveyor I politely asked him how he was doing? He said nothing at all, never even made eye contact with me. He rang up my things, ( 4 items by the way were good size glass vases the he barely even attempted to bag safely so apparently he wasn’t concerned if they got broken or not) and then he rudely told me the total. I paid and when he handed me the receipt I said Thank you … and again he said nothing! He made me feel as if he was totally annoyed by even having to help me. I shook my head and as he quickly walked off, I ( in a not so great tone ) said ‘ I hope that you have a good day! ‘ … and as I was walking to the door to leave I could hear him mumbling under his voice but unable to make out what he was saying. I get that he is young and most likely did not want to be there, but he didnt have to be so rude to me when I am a paying customer whom helps provide his paycheck! If I ever walk in that store and see him working the front again…. Alone like that …. i will most definitely turn around and walk right back out. He’s really lucky that I didnt go back inside and ask to speak to his Manager because to be honest, the thought crossed my mind. And by the way… Yes I did rebag my glass vases once I got to my car!!! Very very disappointed in the aweful customer service I received this morning!!!! ?
