I attempted to sign my puppy up for doggy daycare. When I brought him for his evaluation I was greeted by an employee who rudely told me my dog had not been registered through their Ginger app. When I told her I had gone in this morning and did it she again continued to tell me he wasn’t registered in their system (without checking) and had to be for me to drop him off. I AGAIN politely told her I had completed it this morning and asked if she could check. This is when another employee came out and she asked her to check. That employee then returned to CONFIRM HE HAD BEEN REGISTERED. At this point I’m so upset with how the first employee spoke to me so I opted to just take my puppy home. I will not give a business my money that treats customers like that.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The owner Jan didn't care about my disabilities which went against ADA. She got mad at me for not wanting to come in after I had just got into a car wreck. There was lots of favoritism.

We do both training courses and daycare here and our pup loves it. We can't say, "school" without her ears perking up and her getting very excited.So theyre doing something very right and she loves it.

Our sweet golden retriever, Cheddar, was unexpectedly expelled from this daycare about a couple of months ago. Cheddar, who is currently 2 years and 8 months old, had been attending this daycare for over a year without any issues. We were completely taken aback when we were informed that he was displaying resource guarding behavior, despite not showing any signs of it at home or during playtime with his canine friends.On the subsequent occasion when we sent Cheddar back to the daycare, my husband received an email from the owner, listing all the negative incidents and informing us that we were no longer welcome. It's worth mentioning that Cheddar has attended several daycares both locally and in another state, and we have only received positive feedback about him. Everyone who knows Cheddar simply adores him.What adds to our disappointment is the fact that this daycare actually provides training services. However, the owner failed to offer or recommend the type of training that Cheddar needs.

This is the BEST daycare and dog boarding in two counties. We've used them for almost 15 years now and would NEVER go anywhere else. They are gentle, fun, loving and respectful. I can't say enough of them, dogs are people too and you can absolutely see that they believe this! Love love LOVE them!

I take my dog here usually 2 times a week for daycare, and he figured out which days I take him in and will wake me up to go because he is so excited. I drop him off full of energy and pick him up happy and tired from playing all day.

I don't usually leave reviews but I had to for this one. My dog was abused at this daycare. He has been to several different dog daycares and has never once had an issue. I took him to Dog Gone Fun 2 maybe 3 times and when I picked him up you could just tell he was not himself.I recommend you take your dog to Lucky's they treat all animals with respect and kindness and have never mistreated my dog. They are a little bit more expensive but for the safety of your pet, it is well worth it.

Our babies enjoyed spending the day here! All the people we met were friendly & they caring. It was our 1st time using a doggie daycare & the employees took their time answering my many questions.
