Service department is terrible. They lack communication, and customer service skills. They've had my car for 4 weeks now, and I still don't have it back. The manager of the service department is also no help in resolving issues, and instead places the blame on others.

I came to this place to have a warranty recall done. After getting it done, I started noticing some issues with my vehicle. Called back and explained this to the service department, and they were less than helpful. Told me they didn't know the condition of my vehicle before it was brought in, but they were the ones that got in it drove it back to do the work. The one service person, Steven would not return a phone call and just basically acted like they didn't wanna deal with the situation. Had to call Ford Motor Company and open a case with them. I got hooked up with Crescent Ford in High Point and highly recommend them. A+ from the start. I explained to them the situation and the Service Manager took it upon himself to personally handle the situation and get it resolved. Don't waste your time with Crossroads, drive a little further to High Point and deal with a Customer Service team. When anyone ask, I now recommend Crescent Ford in High Point.

I bought my truck there (this is the third automobile I've bought from them) also got the extended warranty through them For $3,000. took it to have something fixed and found out the warranTy covers NOTHING, paid $100 diagnostic fee and they didn't fix it after charging me $500. Took it back and left it for 3 days and it still wasn't fixed. The GM and service manager were so rude I decided to take the loss and go somewhere else. I'll NEVER spend another dollar at crossroads ford. It's easy now to see why their reviews are so bad.

I bought my car from Crossroads and was going to have them continue to service it. My air conditioner was leaking in the inside of my car and made a noise when the air was on. I called on a Monday to make an appointment. They said I couldn't be seen until that Friday. I had an appointment for Friday at 9:00. I dropped my car off Thursday night. I had to go out of town for baseball tournament. I text the services number that afternoon. No response. I called hours later the service advisor said that the would get to it Monday. Long story short they kept my car for 6 days. Charge me for parts they did not put in the car and for labor they did not do. They charged me with a 15 percent coupon 519.52. They did not repair the vehicle. 2 days later it was doing the same thing. I went to the dealership and they gave me a refund. I took it to a local shop and they charged me 19 dollars to clear the blockage. I will never go there Crossroads again to buy or get my car service. I never had an experience like this before. Who would hold your car and charge you for services they never provided? No stars!!!

Wanted to have car transferred from another location that was much closer to us to pick up. They wouldn't honor the deal from the other location. The car was damaged at the other dealership, and they wanted us to pay almost $900 to have it fixed plus pay the full retail price! Yeah don't think so.

As my family and I were window shopping and checking out prices, a man rolled up in a golf cart and just stared at us as if to intimidate us.My wife rolled down the window and we told him what we were looking for, his demeanor soon changes and he puts on his friendly salesman face.He shows us a car, we take it for a test drive, and go inside to talk. That's when he morphs into the third personality, the pushy, condescending salesman. He tries to pressure us into buying the car on the spot and no matter what we told him he argued against our wishes. As we were just about to leave, he brings in his master, and she begins to pressure us even more.To avoid any more aggravation and confrontation we got up and walked out.Beware of wolves in sheeps clothing.

Terrible communication with customer, they do not care about wasting your time and money. I made a service appointment with them online. I would have to leave my truck, and take a loaner for the day. I received a confirmation email, and over the course of the week I received two more additional reminder emails. I rearranged my Monday morning, including planning for time out of work, and took my truck to get dropped off. I was asked if I could leave it with them, and I said yes because I had requested a loaner vehicle. They then asked if I made the appointment online, and very matter of factly told me that they didn't have any loaner cars available. They said that the online website and their systems were not "really" connected. Really? I guess I should've just known that. The service manager was sitting right next to us and didn't so much as raise his head during the exchange. I was unable to leave my vehicle, so all in all a waste of time and money. A frustrating place to deal with.

We truly had the best car buying experience ever at Crossroads Ford. Will have to admit the first time I met our salesman Kelly I thought he was going to be another typical pushy car salesman. I had begun my truck search at a Greensboro Ford dealership (who has an awesome service dept). I became less than please with their whole internet pricing and confusion between departments. In the end they were unwilling to negotiate anything. When I first contacted Crossroads via the internet, I was contacted immediately by the sales manager Zach. He worked numbers for me and arranged for me to stop by to get my trade appraised. On the second visit I quickly realized Kelly was very knowledgeable and was not being pushy at all. We looked at vehicles and had a few options ready when I finally brought the wife by to check them out. In the end we choose a nicer F150 that will fill our needs for years to come. Since then we have had all of our questions answered and we are 100 % satisfied with our new F150 Crew Cab 4x4. Thank you Zach and Kelly for making our Crossroads experience the best. Chris and Dora

Service dept. continues to get better. They always do a good job and continue to get the job done quicker everytime I go. I am always welcomed by name with a friendly smile.

I bought a used truck almost 3 weeks ago. At the time, I had an agreement with the salesman to come back to have some issues addressed. Also he was supposed to order some floor mats because my truck didn't have any. After a couple of weeks, I hadn't heard from the salesman so I called the dealership and found out the salesman was no longer an employee. I mentioned the agreement that we had and Brian and Zach took care of every issue without question. They were under no obligation to do anything at this point. They earned my repeat business.

We recently took our truck in for service at Crossroads Ford in Kernersville. The service staff was so nice and started on our service as soon as we arrived. The waiting area has complimentary Keurig coffee and snacks. We could have purchased our truck about 3 miles from home but we chose Crossroads Ford because we liked the sales staff (Kelly) and the service we have received at the dealership. We have recommended them to our friends and family.

Went to just look, ended up buying new Escape. Everyone was nice and great to work with. Will refer others and I will be back again. Only problem is certain salesman strongarming you to "remember to give us an excellent rating when you get rating sheets from Ford". I did not appreciate that at all.

Stay away! My 80 year old father had a problem with the headlights going out at night on his car. My daughter Googled it found there was a recall/extended warranty for the problem. He took it to this dealer and described the problem. They told him it didn't apply to his problem and he needed to buy a switch instead that would cost over $300 and made an appointment for the next day. Fortunately I talked him into canceling and going to a dealership in Winston-Salem instead. There they replaced the part he originally asked for at no charge and it solved the problem. Later, going through some old mail, he found a recall letter from Ford that exactly described the problem, just as he told them. This pretty much proved that dealership people were not simply ignorant but that they were intentionally trying to defraud my father. It's disgusting that this dealership would try to hoodwink and elderly man like that. Too bad you can't give a negative five star review.

I was getting ready to go to work, but when I started my car I heard a loud flapping noise coming from the engine bay. I opened up the hood and discovered a shredded serpentine belt. After my fiance took me to work, I started looking on the internet for nearby mechanics. I found Crossroads Ford and realized it was only two miles from my home. I gave them a call, told them what was going on, and they offered suggestions right there over the phone. Excellent! I decided to get the car towed in, so I called Kernersville Towing and learned they do all of the towing for Crossroads Ford. They stated they could come get the car the next morning and take it over to the mechanic. The next morning, I had already gone to work when I received a call from the towing company stating that they had picked up the car and were on the way to Crossroads Ford. Later that day, I gave Crossroads Ford a call and learned that my car had been completed. The price was well below what I was expecting and, when I went to pick up the car, they even offered free coffee and/or water. I well definitely be back in the future, if the need arises!
