I ran my Silverado into a ditch and caused allot of damage to the front end with only 15,000 miles on it. I've always noticed that a wrecked vehicle will never be quite the same as when new. That's not the case here. Carolina Collision made my truck look literally better than new if that's possible. The process was simple, the work done in a really great timely manner, very professional. And I hope I don't have to bring my truck to a body shop again but if I ever do, I will definitely use Carolina as long as I live in this area. I highly recommend them.

I have been dealing with parks collision center for years. I have noticed excessive pricing on parts and labor. Customer service could be improved.Services: Steering & suspension repair

They dont have anything on the lot, the website is very misleading and shows any vehicle that is at any Parks location....Was told if I wanted to test drive a z71 Tahoe I would need to order the vehicle to be delivered.... will not be going back
