I'm a boostmobile client since they opened more than 20yrs ago, but this store in Kernersville, NC is the WORST! they do not honor what boostmobile offers. The ladies who worked there are a bunch of thieves, they are asking me for $145 for a phone that boostmobile are giving for free. I will never go back to that store!

**Dirty** check your receipts before Paying (I normally do but I was in a hurry that day) Bought a New iPhone and some extra things where being put on my phone and I questioned it and was told it was complimentary, and then questioned it again when my bill was a little more than I expected and was told that the manager does this. I left and came back when I was in the area and after examining my receipt showing that the “2 complimentary” screen covers and phone case was actually charged to my card…. I Requested a refund and explained I was not notified that I was being charged for this and the girl behind the counter says our boss does this for a small charge for insurance purposes and I responded that’s not a small charge and she said the receipt says we can’t refund accessories sorry…. The girl calls the owner and said that they can’t do anything for me. Then said this is really a “he said she said deal” and we can’t refund you. As the owner you need to make sure your employees are well equipped and trained accidents happen but you should make them right. Sad because I was supporting a local boost store but next time I’ll bypass and order it online skip the $35 activation fee and any unnecessary non-refundable charges

The employee by the name of Patricia was clearly under the influence of something & rude using profanity while arguing with me about a product she had in stock behind the counter but refused to sell me. Another customer noticed such erratic behavior & left the store. Overall, Boost isn't a bad cell phone provider BUT... they unfortunately hired a bad employee that doesn't need to be employed in customer service. I filed complaints against the employee & hope Boost investigates the issue properly. The employee needs to be terminated! I'll absolutely never go back to the Kernersville, NC location ever & advise anyone to stay clear of this location because of this employee.

Ive been a customer with Boost for 3 years. Never ever have i gotten any sort of mal-treatment. Im always satisfied with any and all services provided by their kind employees. I never leave with any doubts or unanswered questions and if i do they go the extra mile to figure it out for me and contact me with a follow up! There’s someone in specific that never ceases to amaze me with her wonderful customer service skills. Ana i believe is her name. I literally only tend to go when she’s in the location.

Worst customer service I have ever had with any carrier. Young lady looked like I was bothering her from her personal laptop and got hostile with me to the point where she said I could just leave. Tried calling management but boost mobile is impossible to reach customer service. She needs to get fired. My phone still sucks!

While getting help and asking questions from one lady regarding a phone purchased online, the other lady working there was very rude to me. She was basically wanting me to stop asking questions and purchase something. Even the lady helping me told her to be quiet. This is poor customer service so I chose to go to another boost store to make my purchase.

Store was not open,waited till 10:30,nobody showed up. If store hours have changed,then it needs to be updated on store hour sign on door and on website
