I've had some very difficult and specific issues and they have helped me handle them with little to no trouble at all. Michelle and Mindy specifically are absolute rockstars.
All communications has been prompt and easy to follow. If they are unable to do something, they are honest about it. System issues have happened before and delayed things but that is literally just a system issue and it was communicated promptly and clearly so I was able to get my transactions completed.
I absolutely love PNC. Be it online, over the phone or in person, they will do what they can to help if they are able. All of the staff I have had interactions with have been so understanding and kind, which is very much appreciated. Customer service is superb.”

The 5-Star customer service we have always received from Ashley Snead, Universal Banker and David Baker, Insurance and Annuities has been exceptional. To illustrate, Ashley made wiring money to our clients an easy process. Moreover, when I needed a new ATM card David made me one right on the spot at the branch. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly making you want to visit the bank. I know it is no easy task to operate a bank. However, you would never know of all the hard work being done in the background because the bank is run flawlessly. The Operations Manager Renee Payton is a superb manager.
