Made a pick-up here. Once checked in, I docked, and they started loading right away. In and out approx an hour.

Called,texted,and emailed multiple times about a job opening and never once did I hear back.. after interviewing they told me it takes up to 3 weeks to get hired but havnt heard a word... Delivery manager is a joke... ex military but scared to tell someone they got the job or not... would give 0 stars if possible. Same with the Georgia main office. Texted multiple times and couldn't even get a reply.... Quit leading people on

Terrible experience from beginning to end. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Even the feed back survey is broken. Even when I had to jump through a week of hoops to get my money back, I still do not have it and according to the confirmation email, it is not a full refund.

Should not have had to ride over 100 mi to get a damaged piece of furniture replaced but the facility itself is fine

Plenty of parking. Team members assisted in each members role to lessen customers wait time. Garage door perfect for loading. It arrived as scheduled.

this is one of the main employers in the Triad area and that is very good and I'm glad that they have a very strong diverse community of employees who worked very hard and I'm glad that they are able to receive very good benefits and that they can work at the biggest factory of furniture in the whole world

I placed an order in August (a month prior to my moving date September) and I still have yet to receive an update or any information about my furniture. It's hard to get a hold of anyone and no one has a clear answer about the status of furniture I ordered prior to moving into my home. My original delivery date was changed and I will now have to wait another month for a drop off. I was told Tariffs were the reason. Yet, my set is sitting in a showroom. I asked if I could get the set off the floor and was told no. I asked if I could pick my furniture up from the distribution center and was told yes, that my furniture would be available and a rep would tell me that the date. When I called to confirm i was told the information was incorrect and that all of the pieces weren't in. So another month without furniture, and no communication. I asked to have a manager call me and never received a follow up. The only solution that was presented was a gift card. The scam behind it is that when I called and asked for an update for future pick up or delivery options, they were unable to confirm an actual date. Not only do I still not have furniture, I also do not have an actual pick up/ delivery date. This was supposed to be an exciting time for me and my family but we have nothing and aren't being told anything concrete by anyone.

The delivery crew delivered my new bed today! They were pleasant and professional! They even moved my bedside table for me and I didn’t even ask them to! Highly recommended!

Delivery on 9/5/19 : The Kernersville delivery team of Kenny & Nick was professional and courteous, and I would highly recommend them. My entire experience with Ashley Outlet in Greensboro l(Diane W). right through to the fast delivery was a very pleasant experience. KOUDOS to all!!
