The Staff here is unbelievable, they know every inch of the store and exactly where to find things. I was in there Saturday (6-8-24) and could not believe how they went over and above assisting me to make sure I had the right product.

Second time I have driven here to get an item that shows in stock and curbside availability only to get here and they don't actually have it. Very frustrating - call in advance.

Auto key service is excellent. Dealer wanted ~$600 for a key, and Ace was able to do it at a fraction of the cost. The key was in stock, so it was just a matter of making an appointment for when a key cutter/programmer would be in. All of the employees were very friendly, greeted me, and asked if I needed assistance during my visit. The entire process was smooth and it's great not having to negotiate with a dealership.

Never and I mean never get paint here. This management is absolutely horrible. Staff doesn't know how to make paint bc they were never trained and the machine is always broken. Got 5 paint cans and tints wrong before I finally got the right one. Horrible

Well, I check online for a product that WAS available to pickup at store But at the time I arive there to pickup the product was NOT AVAILABLE and the clerk told me that their computer system are always like that I WASTE MY TIME.
