Recently rented a truck and trailer. The quote online and what we were told in the office were different. When I inquired about this, the older lady at the front desk became rude and short with us. We paid what she stated and when we brought the items rented back the next day she was again short and rude with my spouse when they dropped off the key. There are plenty of uhaul rental places in the area and our business will go elsewhere from now on.

love this place. I know things safe. Management is wonderful. Never had 1 issue in 4 yrs. They automatically have taken out correctly every month. manager there is great at taking care of business right and has really nice attatude. Just a super place you can trust to keep your things safe without issues. they are also good at not jumping pricing up sky high on you once you have been with them. Thats kept me there as well. they are a good business to work with I have found.

I've used their storage and their uhaul rentals for years. The staff are so polite and happy to help in any way they can. I have only had great experiences with them. George and Ron are awesome.

Great storage place; the staff is Amazing! I would give more stars if I could. They were very friendly and went out of their way to help me and my husband.I can tell by the atmosphere that they were good hearted Christian people. I am beyond satisfied with our storage unit. They have me as a lifetime loyal customer as long as I’m living here in the Area.

Previously was a customer a year or so ago and had wonderful service... Currently I would highly suggest finding a different business to store your items. Staff is very rude and needs some customer service skills!
