DO NOT USE AFB !!!!! If I could I would give 0 stars. Horrible service, took 1.5 weeks to get my pallet delivered. I had to contact them twice just to get it picked up after confirming and paying for the service then it sat in their warehouse for a week. Contacted again and promised me it would be delivered next day. Then they called me the next day and said it would take an additional day. And after emailing the support team with my issues hoping they would get it resolved I got no response.

Ordered a part. It came to Winston Salem NC on July 11th was told I will get a call the next day for delivery as of July 17th I still haven't gotten a call. I had to pay my guy to come out for my appointment which was on the 16th due to not having the part for nothing. Now have to reschedule for another appointment but can't until I receive the parts. Called and was sent to voicemail because June whomever she is refused my call. I heard the lady libby who answered the phone tell her who I was and they were talking about me ugh. Really bad for business. Hope I don't have to use them anymore.

I don’t expect great customer service from shipping companies after working with them for over 4 years. Rude staff and really don’t value their customers. They will not care about your products whatsoever- 90% of the time we get damaged products.
Not every time but most of the time.

This place is trash, my shipment have been in the wind 4 weeks. A complete game with these people. Everybody blames it on something else. I had to spend my own money picking up a shipment I paid to get brought to me. You would better off shipping with Estes. Do not use this company. Warning do not

Do not ship with this company, they hold your product for a week before you receive it. It sits at their warehouse. I had to previously pick it up myself because of their slow service.

My order was dropped of on the date that was provided and that i paid for because abf typed in the wrong address for my delivery. They wouldn't honor their word on having it delivered to me on the date that i was provided and was told it would be another 2 days and i would have to be home to get it. I told them just to send it back and have the supplier issue me a refund, after speaking with the manger of the establishment i bought the item from all their info was correct and the info error was on the delivery service. So now im here at abf picking up my item and the lady in the front office has a terrible attitude towrds the customers and is so happy to just chat along with her co-worker beside her. Totally disappointed in the service provided definitely would not recommend for anyone who cares about their customers and the way the are treated

Excellent place to go do PU,,,It seems to me a very respectable company,,I went to pick up some Big boxes bound for Seattle,,I only know that this is an amazing company,,from their drivers to those who load the trailer they are very polite and friendly people,,,!!!Nice place!!!!?

Super nice people but things move through here so so slowly. I was told they are short staffed but I think ABF is taking on more business than they can handle. I'll no doubt upgrade this to a 5 stars later but right now I'm a bit upset because of the delays. The only reason they are getting 3 stars instead of one is how nice their employees are. Douglas went above and beyond to try to get my freight out quicker than the delay allowed, it was still very late but was impressed with how helpful he was.(and apologetic for the delay)

Had great customer service from ABF. Their team in Kernersville was great to work with and was very polite and professional. Package unloaded early on 12/26 without a scratch from Pomona CA and was on the dock ready when I arrived. Would reccommend ABF for your LTL needs.

Don't expect to get anything from them. Not a return phone call, your merchandise or customer service. Rely on any other company for shipping.
