Would not recommend this place. They don’t charge you a late fee until after the 5th the over lock doesn’t go on your unit until the 10th but they lock you out of the system after the 1st. Makes no sense. Also if you cancel your lease on the 10th and take your stuff outta storage they don’t pro rate and you have to pay for the full month. Also they’re collection process is very aggressive worse than your credit card company. Plenty of places to take your stuff with better processes and procedures.

RENTERS BEWARE !! TERRIBLE place. CREEPY, old, homeless guy sleeps in his car there every night (and sometimes during the day). They'll tell you it's because he's doing "security". NO. His windows are COMPLETELY covered with towels, sheets, etc. He's sleeping. IF he's looking out, it's through a peep-hole or crack. CREEPY. IF they had told me he was there BEFORE I moved in, I would have NEVER done it. Now I have to find ANOTHER storage company to switch to. Pain in the *ss. IF you EVER plan on accessing your stuff after hours, after dark, in the middle of the night, etc., look somewhere else !

Friendly service. Very tight manauvering a 26 foot u-haul around the buildings, but anything less would be a cinch.

DO NOT RENT UHAUL HERE!!!! Extremely disappointed in UHaul business. Rented UHaul in Chapel Hill, NC and was told I could save $30 if I dropped the truck off at AAA Self Storage in K'ville (I had planned drop-off in W-S on Marshall St). This was 26 miles out of our way, but saving $30 seemed worth it. WRONG!!!! Three problems emerged. 1) We were told to drop off on the business property lot; but at 8 pm the property was closed; so we parked in grass directly in front of business and left key and contract in drop off box at entry gate. We were a bit leery about this--for good reason! 2) Next problem: Since we were concerned about dropping off in front of business, we called at 9 am the next morning and were told: "We have no record of your truck; we don't see your truck anywhere." We were stunned! Forced us to drive back to AAA by which time, the receptionist said, "Oh, we found the truck. One of our managers took it without leaving any documentation." So, 26 miles +26 miles out of our way to be told that. 3) Turns out, dropping off truck at AAA in Kernersville added 10 miles too much to our estimated mileage; so we had to pay extra. The lowered cost ($30 savings) I am sure was to incentivize us to drop truck off at less-busy Uhaul businesses so that they can get inventory. BUT WE HAD TO PAY $10 (plus 26 + 26 miles!) to HELP them. We explained this. "Sorry, nothing we can do!"

In kinda a weird location but great service and nice clean units. Getting a larger moving truck is a little tricky at this location
