I moved to Kernersville over 16 years ago and needed to find a dry cleaners. I tried one place and it was horrible and then I found Kernersville Cleaners and I've been using them ever since. Richard is always professional and so friendly and that goes for his staff as well. My clothes are always well cared for and if a button is broken on one of my shirts, it is always graciously fixed at no charge. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend them. It's hard to find good service at times these days, but it has always been consistent here. Keep up the good work!!!

I have been a customer here for many years and for some reason lately the customer service has been poor (the owner constantly complains about being a small business owner). When picking up my clothes the last time, I found that I had a lot of loose threads of several pieces of clothing (my clothes where cleaned and I complimented Richard on a job well done), however we sat there for about 10 mins cutting loose threads from the garments. I checked my husband's silk shirt and the bottom looked like it was snagged on something and I showed it to Richard. His response was that all the silk was washed together, there is no way that it happened there because the other silk shirts would be like that. Then, he just walked away, as if my time, concern, clothing and years of business meant nothing for him to even replace the damaged shirt. I am a very understanding person and I get that things happen, but with the increase of his prices, customer service should be a strong suit as it has been in the past. He ignored my concern, and showed a great disrespect to me as a long-term customer. I will not be returning, nor will I patronize this business after years of being a faithful paying customer.Update: According to his response I was doing a bunch of complaining, however I paid for my items after he cut the first two threads and noticed more while I stood there, even this morning, from my 2nd white suit jacket, black jump set, blue dress and my black gown.I was concerned about the price change when I initially dropped the items off and the owner went into a tangent about being a small business. I didn't complain about the price only the credit transactions fee. My husband nor myself never damage our clothing and if it was damage, Richard would have told us as he has in the past. I would never be invested in a company and act as if everything is totally wrong, however if that is how he wants to make me seem so be it. I would love for the footage to be shared as I have nothing to gain from being dishonest about a business I have used for years. The footage will also show me complimenting him on a job will done as Mr. Allen is a heavy sweater. Never the less, my review stands and this was my recent experience.

This review is in defense of the owner RICHARD and comments made by SHANNON ALLEN. the complaints of threads from her bag and a couple shirts that had some tiny threads hanging from them were true enough and Richard gladly removed them . Then you Richard and myself had conversation on the fees charged for credit card use and you were not happy about that as well . BUT I can tell everyone reading all your negative crap and saying Richard was less than professional is a BOLD FACE LIE ! Trust I was standing right there throught the whole ordeal. RICHARD WAS YES MAM ,NO MAM , SORRY MAM , VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL, HELPED YOU SNIP THE STRINGS FROM YOUR STUFF .SO DONT EVEN TRY SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT RICHARDS PROFESSIONALISM BECAUSE HE WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS . I'm sure there are other cleaners down the road go there Richard will not go broke for losing customers such as yourself .

I started using the dry cleaning services at this location four years ago for my work clothes. I have always been happy with the Quick services and kind reception. I have since began bringing my button-down shirts, church pants, and even curtains to be taken care of here. Everything I have brought to them has been handled professionally and has had great results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dry cleaning services. I have had the opportunity to meet the owner and find him to be incredibly thoughtful towards his customers and his employees.

Richard and his team are super friendly and professional. They took great care with my clothes and got them back to me within 24 hours. This is the only dry cleaner I will use from now on.
